Neacceptabil
Am intrat in contul de eMag să-mi schimb numarul de telefon pentru cel vechi a expirat. Aplicația a acceptat numărul nou, dar nu l-a șters pe cel vecho. Ca f sm facut o comanda, SameDay nu a văzut decat numaru de telefon vechi, la care nu mai am acces. Prin urmare, SameDay mi-a trimis PINul la un număr de telefon inexistent.
Am cerut ajutor la eMag, iar ei au trimis mesaj la SameDay să-mi trimită PINul pe email.
Agentul e-Mag nu a putut sa șteargă numărul vechi de telefon, si mi-a spus să trimit un e-mail la o adresa de emag.
And am trimis acel email, am primit un răspuns automat ca voi soluționa problema în maxim 30 zile.
Cine are timp să aștepte 30 de zile sa i se actualizeze datele din cont ca să poată primi o comandă?
eMag avea inainte un customer suport mult mai funcțional și eficient! Ce s-a intamplat?
In momentul de față, fara PIN nu-mi pot ridica comanda de la easy box! Pachetul se va întoarce la furnizor. Toți pierd! Pierd timp! Pierd bani! Pierd clienți !

Eliminați groaznica voastră predictive/corective typing!
Folosesc Gboard in iOS cu auto selecție română și engleză și funcționează perfect in oricare altă aplicație, dar eMag își impune propria și groaznica implementare de predicție și autocorecție. Deși este o aplicație pentru România schimba totul în engleză! Și chiar și asta o face mult mai prost decât sistemul!

No updates to order, still showing pending 10 days later
Made my first order with eMag. It said it would arrive by the 19th. It is the 25th and I’ve had no response or update from the site. Have reached out to eMag and they said they were having a technical problem with the site and would hear back soon but that was back on the 19th and have not heard anything from them.

No English language option unusable for non-Romanian speakers
I downloaded this app expecting an international language option, but there is no English interface or support. As a customer who doesn’t read Romanian, I can’t access basic features, settings, or help. This makes the app effectively unusable and prevents me from shopping or managing my orders. Please add English (or other common languages) and improve accessibility for non-Romanian speakers. Also, stop directing customers to Facebook for support we don’t use Facebook to contact companies(I don’t have Facebook at all at least). Until these changes are made, I can’t recommend this app.

cand scrii o recenzie negativa unui produs, iti cauta tot felul de motive sa iti intarzie sau sa iti refuze publicarea recenziei - m#*€ ma, aici nu puteti sa ma cenzurati!
suntem in anul 2025 si emag nu stie apple pay
dureaza cateva zile sa aprobe un comentariu sau recenzie.
nu poti lasa recenzie daca produsul a venit defect!
NU functioneaza lista de comenzi cand conexiunea se face prin PROXY (Setari wifi suportate de iOS…)

Doesn’t work while being connected to VPN. “Trafic obișnuit de mare” and the validation doesn’t work. Do you not like safe connections? And about the prices: 90% of the products are totally overpriced, compared to other companies in Romania but especially compared, for example, Amazon. Often it’s way cheaper to order on Amazon and just wait 1 week until the product arrives from abroad…. And, why no costumer service over phone????

Great app for me
I have always found it super easy to use, from finding the things I was looking for, to choosing the payment and delivery methods. I like that you can quickly select the products that are delivered by emag, usually the next day.
Wallet budget
Basic rule - if you grant a benefit to a customer, is 10 times worst to cancel it, that never giving that in the first place. I have my income in Eur, on my PFA, and in general I like using the standard budget from wallet, the 4k ron, for buying with installments, always paying on time, or reimburse in advance… but I wanted to buy a product that was above the 4k limit, so I’ve used heyblu scoring… that rejected my application, since my income is not standard probably… so they decided to cut all the budget I had in Wallet… to make things worst, Support bot decided that I have no right to complain or even ask for a human agent… I’ll change my 1 star rating only after this process is adjusted.

Dupa o comanda plasatã si anulataãt de catre livrator, rambursarea a durat aprox. 60 de zile de la data comezii si asta doar dupa o reclamatie in prealabil la ANPC. Comunicarea electronicã cu personalul este defectuasã. Client de mai bine de 10 ani, astazi hotãrât sã-mi inchid contul de client dar: „ surprizã“ Emag nu are o astfel de optiune pe site sau in aplicatie . GDPR-ul unde este?
