Great but can’t send text messages
The emails are cool but I downloaded it for the sms marketing and I’ve emailed and contacted customer service numerous times and they have a 12 hour response rate but it’s been over 12 hours and still nothing..
Money hungry
Will not recommend AT ALL! I took a break from using the app for a while and my contacts never grew. They “upgraded my plan without notice saying that I had more contacts then what was required for the plan I had. Which was a lie. Then I was being charged for email plan and the “AutoRenewed” without notice. I was being charged for a plan than I told the representative I did not want. Then when I pointed it out to them they said I couldn’t get my money back even though it was a mistake on their end. They do not value their users they just want your money.

App closing
When i touch on some of the questions before it can generate the response it goes out like the app closes.
App is Ok
The social media feature was the highlight of the program . I disliked how you’re not able to customize branding , features needed .Everything was contact support and tell them what you need. Support is 👎

I came across an issue with my logo showing up incorrect in their app when I went Live. I reached out to Max and he fixed the issue immediately!! This is your go to app!

Good app
Good app. I like the ability to schedule posts and they come out with new updates and features all the time. I’ve had many more email sign ups and orders by utilising a coupon code. Very simple and easy to set up. I would recommend this app

I’m a small business like really small. I appreciate when services aren’t super expensive because I’m not making any profit these days. I also love automation because it makes things easier for me and i have 1 less task to do. This app has so many ways to automate from posting on social media to batch emails. I love it!

Use it for my Shopify store. IT REALLY INCREASE MY SALES!! Beautiful templates, easy to setup. They have pre-built automations like Welcome Series, Recover Abandoned Cart, Follow Up After Purchase, and Win Back Slipping Away Customers are MUST HAVE!! I literally tried every single app, none of them works as good as this app. LOOVE IIIT!
