Nothing but problems
I downloaded this app to try the trial version and it was horrible. Sometimes it would send my emails, sometimes it didn’t so I did cancel the subscription but this is where my problems with the app really began. In my App Store the app is still trying to renew despite it showing my subscription was canceled and expiring March 18 I believe. The app keeps trying to charge my card $64.99 for an app that really doesn’t work like it should after I’ve canceled the subscription. Because of this I can’t download anything new and now I can’t even update my apps and I can’t get in touch with anyone to solve the issue.

Ok once again you don’t respond to your messages and now another update and your app is not giving notifications period… do you not read your messages.. you have a great app that needs some attention….fix it!!! Its been a life saver for me and now I have to go into the app to see if my emails are read……

App is not giving notifications at all still!! It’s been 4 years since a update. Please fix!!! The app is becoming not compatible with iPhones. Fix or give a refund back paying for a service that isn’t working properly.

This app stop working after a few months
Horrible Customer Support
My Nephew was using my phone and accidentally selected the yearly plan. Emailed support and never heard back from them and my account was charged much more than the set price!

After the trial period they will charge a full year
It does notify you when the e-mail is opened, but they all do. It has only twice in two weeks and many e-mails correctly provide location. In my case everyone I send e-mails lives in Troy, Michigan.
Great solution
I really like this solution versus the other options on the market. Many of them are limited to GMail or Outlook, where this one works with any mail system.
The clever method can use iOS Mail - or any other email app - and keeps my messages private while still providing accurate email open tracking.
About the only thing that could make it better would be link tracking.

Can’t sign up
I don’t get the verification code needed to setup the account

I sent emails to several different email address and when i opened the email it didn’t track that it was open

Try to sign up, unable.. I have downloaded and uninstalled at least 5 times. Doesn’t work for me
