I no longer trust this oximeter
———————-
After more experience with the oximeter and this app, I am taking away a star. Readings are reportedly taken every second and are shown that way in the reports. However, I had a brief AFib event while testing the oximeter that lasted about two minutes. A separate fingertip oximeter confirmed my elevated pulse rate during that time. However, the EMAY report showed continuous readings, but with a rate about 30 bpm too low.

I no longer trust the readings from this oximeter. During the time it was recording tonight while I was still awake and laying still, the report showed an SpO2 drop from 98% to 79% in 7 seconds. There is no way that could be accurate.

Worthless
Great Product / Poor Privacy
But the app is very crafty in how it harvests your data.
First, under the guise of seeking your age it seeks your full data of birth. …workaround - give a junk date of birth.
Second it asks for your email .., without an option for me to use Apple ID with masked email. … workaround - give a junk email ID.
Third ..the UI for cloud sharing is confusingly worded and the service is not required. As is the UI for sharing with Apple Health. Luckily it doesn’t force one to share from Apple Health.
