Readings don’t match the unit
The list of readings is different than what shows up on the unit. For example, they are readings listed on the phone for times that have nothing to do with the actual time. And no matter what option I pick to list the readings it doesn’t make any sense.. I am quite surprised at how bad this app is given how much the unit itself cost.

Currently have sudden onset of arrhythmia. Doctor hasn’t really given me much of an explanation so monitoring myself until i get a second opinion. Was easy to install and connect to my phone (pretty much just two steps). The reports downloaded from device to phone easily.
I like that it shows readings without cell phone
I like that it shows readings without the need for a cell phone, but we had to return it once because the Bluetooth would not connect to a cell phone. Got the replacement and it worked, downloads data from device to phone well now.
Works right out of the box UPDATE…
Updated review: I notified the co about my issue. They sent me a new device, free of charge and it works as described. I’m grateful for this device as it’s helped capture cardiac events in progress that I was able to email our cardiologist. I’d definitely make this part of your first aid kit! Initial review: It won’t sync via Bluetooth w my Apple 12 Promax 😞🫤I was sure hoping I’d at least get to use the app w the device. Is there another App update due soon? I like the device but if the device does not sync w the App, what good is having a partial working product ? I’ll update my review as soon as there’s an update.

Works Great
Connected to my phone via Bluetooth immediately and downloaded my previous readings. Very easy to use and love the peace of mind it provides!
Will not bind with software
Bluetooth will connect sporadically. Software will not bind with unit. Totally useless as far as software interface.

Nice app, easy to connect ECG monitor, easy to use
Solid app, easy to use
No Problems
Works as advertised on my iPad (9th gen, running IOS 16)
Great heart monitor
The device itself is great and simple and the app is simple as well. I knocked down a star because I can’t send pdf to my doctor but I can still download the image and send to him so it isn’t a big deal. He said he isn’t sure how accurate it is but I can’t send more in the future. I have checked my pulse with my oxygen monitor each time I have used the device and it seems correct with the pulse. Pulse changes frequently and it was around the same as my oxygen monitor. I was told I have a heart condition in the past and when I wasn’t having an episode, I got told I don’t have one. I had heart monitors on in the past wearing for 24 hours and didn’t show anything. This one does when my pulse was up high. I took it today, my pulse was fine on both oxygen monitor and my heart monitor. It read no abnormalities. I think this heart monitor works in my opinion and I think the app works fine too.

Send Timeout
Has the Apple iOS updates caused the EMAY ECG to not work with iPhone or iPad? I keep getting send timeouts when trying to sync from device to my phone. Makes the device useless.
No longer syncing after recent update
Yesterday’s “bug fixing” update has caused the app to not sync to my device any longer. Bluetooth is connected as usual but when I initiate the sync, I get an error message reading “send timeout”.
When will they fix 10 characters for name
Name limited to 10 characters
Works perfectly on my iPhone and iPad
I am a senior and love the eMay. Living alone, I appreciate being able to use the app to record and send data directly to my cardiologist whenever there is a very abnormal pattern on the ecg.
Reassuring way to verify whether or not my heart needs urgent care.

Works as advertised, easy-n-quick!
Simple enough to use and works just fine. For the layman user, it tells you of normal vs. abnormal ECGs so it couldn’t be easier.
HINT: The device itself doesn’t recognize WHO is using it.
So when you download data for different people from the device to your iPhone, it is easier to ADD a new user & select them *before* moving the recorded data over onto the iPhone.
However in case you forget to, you can go in and select which user’s profile you want the data applied to and saved under. NICE!
The only reservation was, the timestamp of a recording jumped from 24hr military time to 12hr am/pm time between several sessions...which seemed a bit weird to me.
