About

Tell Ember what you want this week. It plans the week with you, re-plans the day when real life happens, and keeps you moving toward the things that matter. Ember is a planning assistant, not another list to maintain. You talk; it does the arranging. PLAN WITH EMBER Planning is a conversation, not a form. Say what you want from the week in your own words. Ember asks the questions a good planner would ask: when you work best, what is already fixed, what matters most, what is realistic. Then it drafts the week around your fixed commitments and the time you really have, and shows you exactly what will change before anything is written. Ask for changes in plain words and it re-drafts. Nothing is committed until you say so. Ember remembers your logistics, such as your working hours, the gym on Tuesdays and the commute, so next week's conversation is shorter. A DAY THAT BENDS Plans meet Tuesday. A meeting runs long, the morning disappears, something urgent lands. Open Day chat, say what happened, and Ember re-plans from now. Apply today rewrites the rest of the day in one tap. When a block slips, Rescue looks at what is left and picks what still fits. Nothing is lost and nothing is marked as a failure. Unfinished work carries forward, visibly, so you can decide what to do with it. MOMENTUM, NOT STREAKS Your momentum is a rolling score. A good day lifts it, a quiet day dents it, and nothing ever resets to zero. There is no chain to break, so there is never a moment where giving up looks sensible. The Dashboard shows your patterns: where the hours went, which threads are moving, what keeps getting pushed. The weekly review tells you the truth, kindly. The coach nudges; it never scolds. JUST START One big button starts a 25-minute focus block on your next step. You do not have to choose, plan or feel ready first. Lose the thread mid-block? Tap Distracted and the time goes back to your day with no penalty. Park a stray thought so it stops circling without becoming a commitment. When you need a pause, Sit gives you a few quiet minutes. EVERYWHERE YOU LOOK - Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets with real checkboxes you can tick without opening the app - Live Activities for the block that is running - Control Center controls - A layout built for iPad as well as iPhone - Works offline: every tap is saved on your device first WHAT IS INSIDE - Plan with Ember: the assistant that interviews you, drafts the week and commits it when you agree - Week: the plan, with a budget that shows when a week is already full - Daily: today's page, with to-dos, blockers and a wins list that fills itself in - Calendar: your blocks laid out across the month - Threads: the few projects you are actually moving, each with its own steps - Dashboard: momentum and patterns, never a score to defend YOUR DATA You can use Ember without an account. A free account adds sync across your devices and the planning assistant, which runs on our server using Anthropic's Claude. Nothing is sent to the assistant until you ask it to plan. Your threads and notes stay on your device unless you sign in, and you can export everything or delete your account from Settings at any time. Ember was designed with people who find it hard to get started, including people with ADHD, and works for anyone whose to-do list has stopped helping. Ember is a productivity app, not a medical device.
