Account security
Embers security is wonderfully frustrating. Seriously, I use debit cards frequently for two accounts and periodically transpose numbers. When I have entered an incorrect pin twice my account is inaccessible. There is more thing to say that I appreciate about Ember, this will have to do… .
IOS Versions Supported
You need to retain support for old Apple devices. Your update today means I can no longer use the app.
Dumb
The fact that we’re being forced to use a new app that didn’t work with older phones is ridiculous. I keep my card locked and now I have no access to my money for the weekend. Why force us to update when its literally not an option for some of us.
Update
My I8 phone will not accept latest update. Will embers reimburse the cost of a new phone so customers are able to manage their accounts?!?!

I love my credit Union but..
App crashes like your finances are being attacked, the branches may have hired affiliates of a pair of bank robbers in 1984 from Kent County.. others have been displeased while Ive felt strain myself but I’ve hung in there with them and finally got my first loan on Groundhog Day this year.. after 3 years or so..

Great online banking services
Embers offers great service with their online banking app.
Can’t update the app without buying a new phone
New update requires iOS 16, which my phone can’t get. So the only way I can regain access to my online banking is to purchase a new phone.
Stopped working for iPhone 7?
Says it will not support my version of iOS anymore. Meaning is can just choosing not to? My phone works perfectly fine no need to buy a new phone this isn’t right.
Payee updates
Please create the option to add and delete a payee on the very same page. It doesn’t make sense how the delete function is in a completely different option
Help with Zelle
I’m not sure how to set up Zelle with this bank? Like my aunt sent me money so I went to the link and it said press enroll and then had me choose my bank. Then when I chose my bank it said to go to the app and click on “send money with Zelle” there’s nothing on my bank account that says that? I’m just confused and if anybody knows how to do it please help. Also it’s a minors account so that might be why? Idk.

I was so concerned when our local credit union was going to merge with Embers, and my one of my biggest concerns was the mobile app. Needless to say, I’ve been BLOWN AWAY! It’s so easy to use. And when I have a question about anything, I can message through the app, and someone gets back to me within an hour or 2–sometimes much quicker! I’m so happy with this app—they’ve outdone themselves on this one! Thank you!
