Log in errors due to are you human log in protection.
Ever since they added the are you human check the app errors 2-3 times before it lets me log in, they told me it was because I didn’t have the newest version of the app like I’m a idiot for not having the newest version, this was not long after I had downloaded the update so they must of changed it again because of problems so I downloaded the new up date and it still does the same thing, I even checked to see if it had been updated again before giving a review.

Love this site it’s very easy to navigate very helpful. When I go into the of the branches they are so friendly and helpful. I love it when I use my debit card it comes out of my account right away. At the branch they are always so friendly.
Accessing mobile banking
I love banking mobile. It’s much more convenient then driving to a brick and mortar bank. Not sure why, but the app started to make me sign in twice. The second time is when I click on any account. It’s annoying.

issues on freezing an account
a while a go I moved to another state and I contacted Embold i tried to block a gym from withdrawing money from my checking due to getting automatically charged after i called the gym and left massages numerous times to stop charging me.
the gym was unresponsive so i reached out to Embold to freeze my account. they kept saying they need a proof that i called the gym first before they proceed.
I lost home that Embold is really going to help. how could i give them the proof of what messages i left on gym’s answering machine?!
The gym eventually stopped the automatic withdrawal after another month of me trying to communicate with a real person instead of answering machine.
other than that, i’m pleased with them.

A Great app for a great credit union!
The app is easy to use. I like knowing where to find everything I need and seeing all my accounts in one place. Customer service is always very helpful, too.
What’s going on?
Ever since the rebrand and the app update, I can no longer link my account to pay my bills. The app freezes and crashes on a regular basis. My app is up to date. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app with no luck. Hopefully the developer can fix this before I start bank shopping.

I only have one negative thing and that is I don’t like the name change. I always felt so proud to be apart of CFCU and being a member for so many years.
Now I don’t even know how to pronounce the new name.

New update is bad
Does not show available balance like it used to. It is clunky now, the old version was better in my opinion. I would like to see the available balance instead of going into the specific account and seeing the pending amount of a transaction and having to calculate it myself
