Expense made easy!
Emburse really did their big one with this app! Being able to capture my receipts on the go and not have to move around with a stack of crumpled receipts has made my work travel life 10 times easier! Plus the added benefit of getting the expense transcribed into the report when I’m ready to create it so I don’t have to start from scratch. Love it and recommend it to all my colleagues.

Missing Basic Features
Why can I not simply share a PDF to this application for upload? I have to save to files, open the app, and then add upload. I should be able to use the “Share” option when viewing a PDF and select the Emburse application. This should then upload the receipt. This is the way SAP Concur worked that we just were forced to switch from.

Executive Traveler
The app is great! It’s easy to capture my receipts right at the restaurant when I’m at a business dinner, note the people that attended and upload the receipts before I even get back to the office. It makes submitting my expenses quick and easy.
Simple, Powerful, Accurate!
Love the new fully integrated application. The application captures receipt information extremely accurately (in global languages and currencies) is overall simple to use, receipt capture is extremely accurate, multi-page capture is easy, and submitting expenses, and approving team expense is all there!

Safari can’t open the page because your iPhone isn’t connected not connected to the internet
Trying to log in after downloading and I just keep getting the message in the title. I have checked settings and Safari IS connected…junk.
Horrific & loathsome
Continues to be objectively the absolute worst, most disgusting, user-unfriendly, time-consuming & -wasting, & error-prone, app & URL that has ever existed, in every possible way.

The app and website are disgustingly horrible - when either one actually works, it is extraordinarily slow and painfully time-consuming.

It’s terrible now. No iPad view, no easy handling at all.

Can’t open the app
Was prompted to replace CR Snap app. Thought I had a problem on my phone but other colleagues can’t open app too.

February update breaks Intune SSO
The latest update no longer works with an Enterprise Intune managed app and SSO deployment. Opened a ticket with Emburse support and no response in over 24 hours. Would be nice to see Emburse do more testing with future updates before taking down entire enterprise deployments.

Cant login
I press the login button and the login screen just refreshes. Over and over again.
Finally got past that to the SSO login. I authenticated and guess what. It put me back to the login screen.

snap was better
incredibly slow and needs more authentication than snap. also, not all receipts are receipts and the system is rejecting pictures of kiosks that i'm paying at. snap did that better as well.
Needs work!
It used to be a good app but now the back button doesn’t work consistently resulting in a force close of the app to enter another expense. Also, when you tap in the dollar entry box, the curser goes to the business purpose box. Very frustrating!
Absolutely awful
Replacing the Chromeriver and CR Snap apps, this is a non-intuitive nightmare, almost unusable on an iPad due to the screen size. The camera flash cannot be set to ON per default, so you have to struggle with dark shadows on the receipts. Very disappointing and annoying when you have to use it

Can’t upload multiple photos or receipts at a time
App works, but why can’t i upload multiple photos at a time? It’s 2025, i should be able to upload multiple photos or receipts rather than one at a time

I used to have Chrome River at my old company and we just switched to it at my new one. App is alot better now, admit people are liking it
Still lots of bugs
Crashes frequently, OCR doesn't work reliably, sometimes you can open the receipt wallet, not an intuitive layout to create a new expense, can't tag multiple expenses with the same code
