Glitchy

This app is so unreliable. It fails more than it works. Constantly receive “system offline” message. It logs out frequently and doesn’t save password. So frustrating. EMC needs to put some more resources into improving the app experience.

Great Service, Bad App

While EMC provides top-notch customer service, I wish I could say the same for its app. The ability to monitor and set your home system is wonderful; the fact that you literally have to close the app and re-open it for it to work every. single. time. is not.
