Do not trust them with your information or your tests, it’s a scam and your personal information can be accessed by any of the thousands they have employed in India. Don’t trust the company or anyone from here, especially their American customer service team, which have been nothing but issues and rudeness

Login password issues
Everyone should try resetting their password. You can’t! U use their code and then u put in your new password and the page is just stuck! Horrible.

App does not work for taking tests
Web browser on a laptop works.
iPhone app or Chrome browser on iPhone does not (connection issues, permissions issues). Worked perfectly fine with a laptop so def an issue with the mobile app / browser specifically
