stuck on loading
I loved the game but for the last like two weeks it’s been stuck on the loading screen I’ve went as far as to delete and redownload with no luck

I downloaded the game a couple of weeks ago and was really enjoying playing it, but for the last week it is stuck on the loading screen. I have closed and reopened, uninstalled and deleted the game and it’s still stuck on the loading screen. I have spent $$ and would like to continue playing if you get this issue fixed.

Soooo I downloaded this game two weeks ago it was working just find last night I went to open up the game and it’s stuck loading so I decided to give another try and it’s still stuck loading please fix the issue or I might have to reinstall or just delete the game I don’t want to delete this game I love this game it’s easy to play and relaxing so please fix. This is the second time I’ve redownload this game and it’s still having problems can y’all please fix it it’s like when I get to a certain level and it gets stuck on loading I really would like to continue playing this game please fix bugs or glitches!

Disappointing
Game has been brilliant up until 2 days ago where it’s now gone belly up, my lion and one of my fully progressed castles have disappeared, also the journey section has reset back to 0 where I had already paid 800 diamonds for the bonus levels, I have paid real money for coins etc however I’m at the point whereby if this is not fixed asap I shall be deleting the game and choosing another one
Please developers fix these glitches as the game has a lot of good features, storyline etc so will be sad to delete it

Need an update
I can not go forward because I am no longer able to make a recipe. So I never can complete the daily tasks my characters don’t have food above there heads so that I can receive a key please fix and update I love this game. Thank you

I just unlocked the scarecrow building but am no longer getting orders coming in. I can’t go any farther with no more keys to unlock more land!
Loading issues
I was enjoying the game. Most times I played I had to open it a few times to get it to load. Now it no longer loads so I deleted it from my device

Why does the energy not refill over night..? Fix it
What!?!
The game is cute & I enjoy it but it has soooo many qlitches. I was on level 10, now I’m back to level two and can’t open level 11 area even tho I have more than enough keys and I can’t access my rewards in Journey. I’ve spent $$ but I am ready to delete the game. It’s frustrating. Also it is difficult to load.

Game issues
Have been playing game for a few week’s and my level has reset to a level 1. Nothing missing from game but unable to level up as now on only a level 3. Tried to reinstall game still the same issue.

Хорошая игра. И задумка хорошая. Но проблем куча. Игра не загружается. Виснет. Во время игры любое прикосновение к объекту выбивает игру и она опять перегружается и виснет. Собрать предметы целая проблема, они плохо притягиваются или просто исчезают. Персонажи вдруг перестали заказывать еду, а значит заработать ключи для открытия новых территорий не получится.
Исправьте, пожалуйста. Очень хочется продолжить играть. Спасибо за понимание

So many glitches I can’t play!
This was starting out to be one of my favorite games ever – and I’ve played hundreds of them. But a ways into the game, suddenly my characters had no recipes at all available. This means I could not expand any of my territory. So that part of the game is totally gone. Then, every time I try to use a gnome, it disappears after it’s done, and I have to restart the game to get it to show up again. I really wish they would fix it because I loved the game before this started happening.

I really like playing this game, but for some reason, it keeps carrying me back on another level and I have to replay it. I’m losing buildings and I’m losing productivity. I would like to have it fixed please
Screen
Please fix the screen/ it’s difficult to move things and often when you’re trying to maneuver around the screen it moves in the wrong direction. I would be a great game if it weren’t for that. I’m actually not playing much because of that issue. It’s frustrating.

Emerald merge game
Was really enjoying the game but will not save to Facebook and now 2 days running will not save progress of 24 hour build of wood house. I’ve now gone back to when I’d only got 2 top level wood houses.
