Constant crashing!
For the most part, I really enjoy the game. However, there is so much crashing so often when I try to open a gift, treasure I wanna switch back-and-forth to and from Zooland. I hope you fix this bug soon or may give up on the game entirely.
It's OK so far, but…
There's way too much on screen tapping going on. It is really annoying to have the game force you to take steps by throwing stuff up on the screen while you're doing something else.

I’ve been playing this game for years but now the game doesn’t even open. There is no customer support whatsoever. I’ve contacted developers but they don’t even answer any queries.
No updates, chests don’t open, now game refuses to open. Don’t waste your time people, I will be deleting game now which is such a shame 😢😢
