Don’t Bother

I’ve been playing this game for years but now the game doesn’t even open. There is no customer support whatsoever. I’ve contacted developers but they don’t even answer any queries.
No updates, chests don’t open, now game refuses to open. Don’t waste your time people, I will be deleting game now which is such a shame 😢😢

Lake view Completed but lake view event still takes place and can’t get anymore points from it. Stuck on Lev 20 and can’t open anymore characters due to not having materials for it. Now game crashes every time I try and open chests. Getting ridiculous now. Love the game but it’s getting frustrating now.
