Update broke my game
The last update really screwed up my game. I had a group, which I paid for that I have been managing for years and the last update made it so I can’t use my iPhone and iPad causing me to have to log in and out to access my group. Four days ago it all went to hell. I logged into my iPad and my name and group were gone. I have contact support to see it they can restore my game to before this mess started but no one is helping. I can do a search and see my group but now I don’t even show as a member of my own group. I have deleted the app and reloaded it but nothing works and the support is a joke at this point. I have been on the game since 2022 and invested a lot of time and money in it. I really enjoyed the game but now I am so frustrated about losing my group and feeling like the support team is a big joke.
