Barely Did Anything and Have to Wait
I downloaded this game and got into the tutorial and loved it. Once the tutorial was over, I did maybe five missions or quest. Now I have to wait while everything upgrades and get to a certain point? To earn coins are super slow. I watch ads to double them and do the little side missions as well. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

After stop playing for several months and giving the game another chance. I find the joy in it. The upgrades are slow and the first handful of missions you do, you’ll only get a silver or a bronze medal. But don’t give up just yet. Give the game another chance. The only thing that is annoying and hope the developers can fix. Some of the ads that are shown to help earn rewards in the game are so long. Some ads are over two minutes long and I had one ad that hides the close button. So I had to reset the game.

Jogo fecha sozinho
O jogo tem tudo pra ser ótimo, mas fica fechando sozinho, gasto para jogar 1v1 e no meio cai e perco todo o progresso, uso iPhone XR e apenas esse jogo acontece isso, não é possível

The game doesn’t load
I downloaded this game with hope that it would be a good game (because of the ad) when i finally downloaded it the game and tried to play it, it didn’t load, please fix this i really want to play this game. (im using an Iphone X)

Fun game but constantly crashes
This game is fun and I enjoy the longer missions that require more strategy. However, it constantly crashes and when it does, you cannot pick up the mission from where you were. I’ve asked for help from the developer and they say that this is due to my device not having enough RAM and the updates use more. When I tried to play, it is the only thing open on my device and this did not become a problem until a few months ago. I suspect I am far from the only person having this issue. Like I said it is a fun game, but not one crash. It makes it unplayable. UPDATE: I received a developers reply. I was told to contact customer support. I did that a few months ago and was told the problem was probably due to a an update on my iPad and there is essentially nothing they can do about it. To be honest, the tone was a bit unpleasant. And that’s a shame because this could be a fun game and I have good progress in it. I feel that would have spent as a waste of money. UPDATE 2: the developer reached out, again, and said the update has caused problems in older iPads and iPhones. Mine is less than a year old. Again, it is a fun game but be prepared to be frustrated and have it repeatedly crash.

The game is fantastic but….the game recently keeps kicking me off everytime I keep updating it
Game has downgraded
so i've tried to play this game like a week ago and for the past while i've had problems with this game. i tried to play it an it won't even load me into the game. ya'll need to stop adding new areas to the game and start working on the performance issues.
Great game but doesn’t work
I would have given this game a 5 star review. However since the last IOS update I can’t play the game, can’t log into my game on other platforms cause it does not recognize my user ID, password, or email address. I don’t want to start over after a few years of playing.
My Go To Game on the IPad.
The gameplay is awesome to me and the updates provide a relaxing but challenging. This game I stumbled upon in 2020 have me playing every chance I get. The con for me is how long it take to train your personnel but Overall it is a great game.💯💯💯👍🏿

Good game but video issue
This is a good game that I’ve been playing for a years but the last week or so I tried watching videos to get rewards and i get a message saying that there are no videos available and to try again in a few minutes which i do and still get the same message
Adding units are good 👍
I think that in Emergency HQ you can add missions in SPACE a frontier. Like a hostage in space where you send a rocket up to space with a few S.W.A.T. people. And also a police boat and a crane boat 🛥 🏗. Then add a additional upgrade to the fire-plane dock. Then you could also add a police helicopter 🚁 unit, a fire helicopter 🚁 unit, and a S.W.A.T. helicopter 🚁 unit. This update could change the entire game. My favorite Emergency HQ player is Android Gameplay Time. (AGT) I play Emergency HQ and I used to have a great progress until your game needed 13.0 iOS and now I have a Fire-Plane Dock. And now thanks to you guys I can’t play. But I can play on another device but I have to start over. So please please please get 13.0 iOS destroyed and 12.5 iOS back in. I’ll play the game as much as you guys worked on it. Please 😭 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Overall the game is good we earn money also but the wait time is too much some units to upgrade like 3days to upgrade one unit and one more suggestion why I have click to time in ambulances I want it like tow truck one

Dice game waste
The dice game with its unattainable prizes is a big waste of time and money. You could spend $60 or more buying extra dice rolls and you’ll never even get close to the top prize.

The new action icons are too small, go back to the original size. Other than that, the game is a great game!
