Maps screen is unusable on iPad due to stuck pop-up
There appears to be an iPad-specific bug on the Maps screen. When I tap Maps on my iPad, the โFind Red Cross shelters and servicesโ pop-up appears, but it cannot be dismissed. Neither the X nor the Explore Services button responds, leaving the map inaccessible.
Iโve force-quit the app, restarted my iPad, changed orientation, and tried repeatedly with no success. I also tested the same feature on my iPhone, where it works correctly and the pop-up can be dismissed normally. Iโm including a screenshot from the iPad showing the issue.
Since this appears isolated to the iPad version, hopefully that helps identify the problem. For an emergency preparedness app, reliable access to the map is especially important. Please investigate and fix the iPad interface.

Very awesome!!
This app is very helpful and I highly recommend downloading it! It gives alerts to your phone and verbally tells you the emergency that is going on when thereโs a tornado ect.
Frozen screen
Tap the Map tab at the top and a pop up appears. The screen becomes frozen.
No longer sends alerts
When I first got the app several years ago, it was very good at sending alerts. I have not changed my alert settings but within the last year (maybe longer), I never receive alerts anymore. I forget I even have the app. I rely on other apps now.

It was amazing when there was a severe thunderstorm watch it alerted me! Just perfect! I recommend it if you like being updated or are wanting to keep other people safe like loved ones.

So I have had this app for a little bit and I love this app it notifies me quickly and it even gave me a warning before the actual Emergency alert I think that this app would be good during a storm or natural disaster because of all the toggles like strobe light to help people find you in dark and alarm and a flashlight that is brighter than my actual flashlight on my phone. Love this app! I definitely recommend it for emergency situations!

Maps Useless in Version 5.2.1
The Hurricane map that shows hurricanes and tropical storms does not include a map! The storm track & shelters float in white space. I am using an iPhone 16 Pro with iOS 26.5.2.

I canโt give a five star because the map is wrong. It says golf of America America and thatโs actually wrong! Youโll get a five star when you change it back to Gulf of Mexico.

In the weather it said a typhoon warning(the typhoon is called Bawei) but in this app said no typhoon
