It does not measure electric fields, RF, Wi-Fi, 5G, or ionizing radiation. The app cannot identify a material, estimate distance or depth, or confirm that an area is safe. Gold, silver, copper, aluminum, and other non-ferromagnetic materials may produce little or no response. Readings vary with the iPhone model, case, object, distance, orientation, and surrounding electronics. Remove magnetic accessories when practical and compare the same iPhone edge and orientation.
