The app is broken, uses wrong screen scaling making it look small bordered window on iPhone 15 and 16 Pro Max. The home page is fully empty and the only window that works in the profile page. Bad update and reflection of low QC.

I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent purchase through this app/system. Despite the promise of authenticity, I received a fake Rolex watch. The quality was subpar, and upon closer inspection, it was clear that it was not a genuine Rolex.

Scammers. Fake Jewellery and watches
Don’t let yourself be fascinated by the pictures and the items on the auction. I lost 26k on buying fake diamonds rings and gold all broken with missing stones. They won’t help with anything after you purchase and pay. Police report will be issued for fraud. Stay aware that are fake diamonds and gold from Thai which nobody want. They sell me a fake ring from Bulgari which I pay 23000 pounds wish is 66000 aed .

This App is a complete Waste of Money and your Time!
For those who is trying to buy items from this app, This app will cost you a lot of your time and money. Even if you won an item from this app, does not guaranty that you will get those item. Recently i won an item from this app, but they did not release the items by saying that the item is not yet approved by the provider. They hold all my security deposits till they say "the won item has not approved by seller". Its been three weeks now and i am still waiting to get my money back!. Nb:- One more stupid thing. if you by chance won an item worth AED 1 at least, then no matter how much money you keep deposit on your account for further participation on bidding, they will keep hold all your money till you get a final reply from your initial won item.

لا انصح بالتعامل معهم خاصتاً اذا تبي تستورد مركبه
اولاً ؛ بداية التسجيل حاطين لك شروطهم اجباري توافق عليها عشان تفتح حساب خاص فيك واذا حصل شي قالك انت موافق على الشروط .
ثانياً ؛ بالمختصر يبيعون لك سكر بماء مافي اي تقرير مفصل يوضح استيراد المركبه من عدمه بس عارضين لك صور المركبه وعشان تدخل بالمزايده يجبرونك تدفع 3000 ريال غير مسترده في انك رغبت التراجع عن الصفقه وفوق هذا يحبون عليك غرامات من ضمن التكلفه ويهددونك بالرفع للقضاء كأنك مختلس منهم .
ثالثاً ؛ لو دفعت تأمين لأكثر من مركبه من اجل المزايده وفزت بها وبعدين طلعت عليها مشاكل مثل امريكيه او غير مسموح باستيرادها او اي شي وتبي ياخذون كامل الفلوس اللي دفعت لجمع المركبات بدون وجه حق وهذا اسمه نصب واحتيال .
رابعاً ؛ تكون مغامر بأموالك جداً جداً جداً اذا نويت تستورد منهم لان شروطهم وطلباتهم كثيره وانت تتحمل تكاليفها غير رسوم الجمارك والضريبه والشحن
خامساً وأخيراً ؛ احفظ اموالك من التعامل معهم .

This auction is well known for being a place for fooling buyers to sell them damaged cars. They show you a certificate that the car is cleared for registration, only to be surprised that the car had a major accident and is not worth a penny.

The app layout is nice, but running an auction business through an app requires having the right people and processes in place.
The listings are not done properly, leaving lots of legal questions and pitfalls for unsuspecting bidders. Titles are taking two months to process. Often there are past due building maintenance fees for apartments not listed because current owner didn’t pay for years. If the listing doesn’t list clearly what fees are to be paid beside auction fees, this is not acceptable and unprofessional management. Fix up the app and mandate listing all disclosures and use automation of title transfer. Banks can create electronic tieless in one business day using blockchain. Why can’t you do the same for the fees you charge? I tried using chat feature. No one is attending the chat apparently.

Unable to register
I’ve downloaded the app however whenever I try to register the app won’t allow me to enter a password and freezes, moreover the the keyboard doesn’t appear when I try to enter the password. The rest of the information I able to fill in and complete, just the password..

Bad experience
They force you to pay Time and charges on every day you keep the car on there land and on the other hand you have to wait month or two for paperwork.

Worst auction house. Biught a car in January through the Emirates auction and only received the papers last week. The worst auction house follow up in finishing documents I ever experienced.

The auction service after sale, is not good.
If you buy a car, it will take long time before it reach you, you buy it then you have to deal with the guy of transportation on your own.
Some of the employees are not friendly. I mean buying and bidding is fun, but after that is pain. I talk from experience.
