Update dated March 10 2024 crash on start
Please fix this serious issue iPhone 15 pro max running iOS 17.4 the app crash on start.
Previous version was running fine in this phone setup till I update today to the new version

-your app is not user friendly
- too many data to reach are hiden not clear in front of you
-you don’t have face recognition and one should write the ID and password everytime
-I try to covert currency dollars to EGP in the middle of the week it refuses and state during weekend and holiday no such transactions!!!
-I could not find my debit card’s statement easy
Conclusion: comparing to almost major banks yours is difficult

Very Limited options compared to ENBD DUBAI application

The app is Ok, however every time I have to type both the username and password, why there is no option to save so I can login automatically without typing in it every time I want to login?

The application doesn’t provide a service to check and control my credit card. Albeit it denying that I have a credit card. Must be a solution to this problem.

I can’t see any detailed information about my loan
Doesn’t work well
Transfers don’t work and error messages are misleading or cryptic. Phone support doesn’t help either.
