Emop is taking 40% of your earning if you’re just starting that’s crazy I think they should add their payments is not fair how can you earn 40% from someone’s work I will not recommend this app unless they add up their payments
Terrible company
Stay away from this company they treated bad.I they took my £20 deposit, also I a client made false allegations against me, I cleaned her house and she added extra things that she didn’t booked I took extra free 20 minutes to complete her job because she seemed nice and gave me cup of tea.when I left home she requested refund , almost all of the money, the company didn’t ask me anything they blocked my account and made deductions to my payment and they also took my £20 deposit. I tried to contact them no one is answering me.I don’t know what do
I would advise you not to use this company, they take a lot of money from the client so client are expecting excellent service and they will complain if they don’t get what they paid. Emop will punish the innocent cleaners because their clients complained.

Unprofessional
Had a telephone interview which during it the woman said I can start same day. 4 days later and no replies on WhatsApp from them and I still can’t get into my account. What is the point in telling me I can start when you will just sack me off the next day for no reason? Awful

I've been working with Emop for a while now. Fast and understanding customer support. Weekly payment - good way to make some extra money. Last minute jobs have good rates. I'll continue my cooperation with Emop.

Don’t care about there staff
Horrible so mean to there staff charge you a ridiculous price for stuff the shouldn’t horrible I ended up in a&e due to the chemicals from cleaning just for them to give me a penalty and take my pay

Due to COVID lost my job, thought working for this company would bring in some extra cash. First job phone died Was unable to log in. client was called she confirmed I was at the job.
I was deducted the £20 admin fee which I agreed to then they deducted £40 no show fee ( even after they client had confirmed I was there), was payed £10 for 3.5 hours of work.
When I messaged Admin the insured me that the situation would be sorted and I would receive what was owed it did not happen.
To add insult to injury they also deducted the £10 therefore I received £0 for 3.5 hours of work.

Would help if the app actually worked
Far from the best
As a student the job is flexible as you work when you want to work. But there are so many things wrong within this company, staff can be rude and belittling, take days to reply, not because they are busy, just because they cannot be bothered to deal with the issue. There’s this rule where if a cleaner cancels within 12 hours of the job they are charged £40, if clients do cleaners receive £10 sometimes £15. Now I genuinely thought that is all they were receiving from clients when they cancel when actually they receive from £40 clearly keep the £25-30 for themselves. The day I found this out I felt sick. Also there is not always jobs available and if there are they start to go round copying and pasting jobs to people asking that they take jobs.
I also noticed they know certain people including me will not tolerate this behaviour and I only show respect where I am given respect.
I think to improve the emop platform they need to start by removing some of the staff (admin) and change and make rules fair :)

Not working
The app is not working.
Failed at the first hurdle
I down loaded the app and tried to use it by entering my mobile number to receive a verification sms, as per the instructions. Unfortunately the first code said it had been used, therefore I requested a second code, again this code did not work due to an error. Before reaching a frustrating conclusion to my time with this app I attempted 3 separate codes 3 each resulting in their own error code. I have now deleted the app as the vivid yellow tile does nothing other than take up screen space on my phone.

Couldn’t even log on
I downloaded it but couldn’t log on because the app refused my codes from the SMS. Deleted it straight away.
Not sure what’s going on
It’s not letting me sign in for some reason .. I keep resending the text but it just says error found ?
