Can’t get passed the 6 digit verification process
Are y’all trying to take peoples’ business information for personal gains????!?
I need my account deleted please. I can’t even get through the six digit code verification process. I don’t feel safe using this application. Thank you, but no thank you.
I think they’re out of business or something.
So I tried signing up and the app keeps getting stuck on verifying info. It doesn’t move any further from that. There was nothing in the app to contact customer service for help. When I tried to look them up online, it was hard to find anything on the company, but once I did, it was even more difficult to find information for the cleaning professional. When you click on any of the links on their website, it does nothing at all doesn’t take you to another page or anything. It was actually very frustrating. I don’t know what is going on. It’s almost like they’re out of business or something. Just very frustrating to deal with. If they’re not in business, they need to take down their products or Apple does even when you submit a ticket through Apple about quality issues you click on the website link and it takes you to error 404 page not found don’t waste your time. Downloading the app.
