Dont waist your time just horrible do not pay on time cant talk wit a rep u have to emeail if there is an issue and it take 3 business days its not worth the headache

It’s not safe for clients and cleaners , I’m cleaner and the own me 65 dollars, never paid me , and some clients received bad cleaning, it’s super difficult to find good cleaner in the app

This company doesn’t care about its workers
They have screwed me out of so much money. And they don’t care. They will offer me a job for $105 and then I accept it, they only pay me $80. That has happened several times. I send pictures proving it and they do nothing. Don’t even bother to reply. And I am forced to clean with people I don’t know. One of them ruined some wooden furniture with Tory cleaner and I got blamed and docked for half of the work I did. And when I try to talk to them about it, they don’t respond. And they are making a lot lot lot of money off of me and offer no help, and just keep taking my money. Also, you are not allowed to see the job details till you are at the house. So you don’t have any idea what is expected of you, so you can’t prepare. Whoever designed this app is not a cleaner, and is just trying to make money off of others. The job I got inappropriately docked for I made $40 for 4 hour of work. That is $7.22 less than the minimum wage in California. That’s illegal!!! But good luck getting anyone at the company to listen. And there is no way to lodge a complaint about this either. It’s the “concierge,” who have been extremely uncooperative and have shown me zero respect. When they are making more than double what they give me!! Awful company, awful app.
