So many bugs
First it took 5 tries and 2 conversations with customer service just to get my address correct, now I can’t create a checklist nor use a pre populated one. None of the features seem to work. It’s so frustrating. Two stars because the cost is reasonable, but I might delete the whole thing and cancel if I can’t even create a checklist and every time I load the app something isn’t working correctly.

Worst app ever!
Any time I attempt to do anything in this new app the whole thing crashes! Attempting to chat with a person or the AI assistant is useless bc they take over an hour to respond. Brought all of this to their attention over 2 weeks ago and still nothing has been fixed. Cancelled my service bc I don’t want to wait on hold in an app for over an hour to reschedule an appointment.

They won’t pay for postage like a normal company . But pay someone to litter your neighborhood with loose flyers that leave a mess in your neighborhood blowing in the wind. Talk about dumb marketing move.

In 2.5 hours, cleaned one small bathroom, wiped the kitchen counter and vacuumed one rug. Then left my front door and patio door unlocked.

SCAM
Do not use this app for cleaning services. Book a deep clean service for 4hrs (200$+). The person is not the same person the app said is going to do the work. The take shortcuts instead of doing the actual work. Throw everything into the dishwasher even tho they are needed to be hand washed. No sweeping floors, no mopping floors nor vacuuming. The room is still full of dusts, and nothing has been done. I'm sure that mine is not the worst case after reading some other reviews. DO NOT BOOK THE SERVICES ON THIS APP!!!
