Thieves
This service hires thieves. I had a cleaner come, ring the bell, and ditch the job. They claimed that they attempted to call. They didn’t call. They were over fifteen minutes late. The only way they tried to contact me was through an app. They would only partially refund me, so the cleaner got her cut of the day for doing no work, the service decided that her act on a chat page constituted me not coming to the door. It’s absolutely insane. Don’t use this garbage app.

Cleaner canceled 30min before
I scheduled a cleaning for 8am at a property I manage. I got a text at 7:30 when I was already almost at the property canceling the job. I was offered a credit for $25 on a $160 job, which I suppose is nice, but it’s just unacceptable to cancel a big job like this 30 minutes in advance.
Don’t rely on this
I booked out two weeks in advance for two people to come. One person canceled. The other person no showed and no one would help me find anyone. If you are really, depending on the service, do not book through here. Do not use this.
Awful App and Awful Customer Service
I used this app to get my home cleaned. I understand that this is similar to uber where it matches you with someone who accepts your job but I found the app UI to be unintuitive. On top of that my cleaner did half the job that I paid for and instead of being able to resolve this with customer service they made me ask the cleaner for the money back which uber would never. I absolutely don’t recommend this app to anyone. It’s terrible.

So many bugs
First it took 5 tries and 2 conversations with customer service just to get my address correct, now I can’t create a checklist nor use a pre populated one. None of the features seem to work. It’s so frustrating. Two stars because the cost is reasonable, but I might delete the whole thing and cancel if I can’t even create a checklist and every time I load the app something isn’t working correctly.
