Thieves
This service hires thieves. I had a cleaner come, ring the bell, and ditch the job. They claimed that they attempted to call. They didn’t call. They were over fifteen minutes late. The only way they tried to contact me was through an app. They would only partially refund me, so the cleaner got her cut of the day for doing no work, the service decided that her act on a chat page constituted me not coming to the door. It’s absolutely insane. Don’t use this garbage app.

Cleaner canceled 30min before
I scheduled a cleaning for 8am at a property I manage. I got a text at 7:30 when I was already almost at the property canceling the job. I was offered a credit for $25 on a $160 job, which I suppose is nice, but it’s just unacceptable to cancel a big job like this 30 minutes in advance.
Don’t rely on this
I booked out two weeks in advance for two people to come. One person canceled. The other person no showed and no one would help me find anyone. If you are really, depending on the service, do not book through here. Do not use this.
Awful App and Awful Customer Service
I used this app to get my home cleaned. I understand that this is similar to uber where it matches you with someone who accepts your job but I found the app UI to be unintuitive. On top of that my cleaner did half the job that I paid for and instead of being able to resolve this with customer service they made me ask the cleaner for the money back which uber would never. I absolutely don’t recommend this app to anyone. It’s terrible.

So many bugs
First it took 5 tries and 2 conversations with customer service just to get my address correct, now I can’t create a checklist nor use a pre populated one. None of the features seem to work. It’s so frustrating. Two stars because the cost is reasonable, but I might delete the whole thing and cancel if I can’t even create a checklist and every time I load the app something isn’t working correctly.

Worst app ever!
Any time I attempt to do anything in this new app the whole thing crashes! Attempting to chat with a person or the AI assistant is useless bc they take over an hour to respond. Brought all of this to their attention over 2 weeks ago and still nothing has been fixed. Cancelled my service bc I don’t want to wait on hold in an app for over an hour to reschedule an appointment.

Irony of this company
They won’t pay for postage like a normal company . But pay someone to litter your neighborhood with loose flyers that leave a mess in your neighborhood blowing in the wind. Talk about dumb marketing move.

In 2.5 hours, cleaned one small bathroom, wiped the kitchen counter and vacuumed one rug. Then left my front door and patio door unlocked.

SCAM
Do not use this app for cleaning services. Book a deep clean service for 4hrs (200$+). The person is not the same person the app said is going to do the work. The take shortcuts instead of doing the actual work. Throw everything into the dishwasher even tho they are needed to be hand washed. No sweeping floors, no mopping floors nor vacuuming. The room is still full of dusts, and nothing has been done. I'm sure that mine is not the worst case after reading some other reviews. DO NOT BOOK THE SERVICES ON THIS APP!!!

Don’t bother - service doesn’t match title & they don’t care
Rip off! I paid for 3 rooms to be cleaned in 4 hours, provided to do list on the app & verbal instructions on arrival yet after photos reveal no work was actually performed. Company more interested in creating hoops for slight credit on account than addressing poor customer satisfaction ratings.

Worst service and cleaners never show
Every time a cleaning is booked the cleaners find a ridiculous last minute excuse to cancel and the app is horrendous with trying to fix it or book another cleaner. An absolute joke and the worse service imaginable .

Terrible App on iPad
This doesn’t work at all on the iPad. You can login and get to the main screen, but as soon as you click in on a page - like the task list - it gets stuck, and there’s no way back but to close the app and start again. Bummer.

A bit sketchy
I booked a deep clean, (4 hours for over $400). The girl came and went in under 2 hours. It wasn’t until after she left I remembered I got the deep clean and not a regular cleaning. She did less work and less of a clean than when I order regular cleanings, and I paid double for it. When I complained to Tidy, they asked me if I had ring footage as proof of when she arrived and left. I didn’t, because I didn’t think it was my job to keep tabs. All in all, I have used this app a few times, maybe 4, and only once did I have a great experience. Now I’m short over $200 lol

3 cleaners took the job and none showed.
I decided to try this app and scheduled a cleaning at my home. I was paired with the first cleaner who cancelled a few days ahead of time. It was picked up by another cleaner who cancelled literally 10 mins before they were supposed to show up due to a ‘family emergency’ and then the third cleaner just never showed up. I miss an engagement myself that morning due to the cleaners being unreliable despite waiting 30 minutes for the new cleaner to show and I even messaged them twice simply asking for an ETA with no response. I was offered a $10 coupon. No thank you, I want a refund. I understand the human element of it all but 3 unreliable people for one job shows me the type of cleaners that sign up for this app. I’ll be finding a cleaning service elsewhere. And I’m expecting a refund for what never happened.
