App is a scam
Booked a cleaner, did not come, rescheduled, did not show up again. When asking for a refund, the chat never answers.
Refund
No cleaner available. I scheduled my day at noon so that I could run my errands and CLEANSTER’s kept saying the cleaners had cancelled so it was approximately 3 pm and couldn’t have it done. I requested refund but no answer or call back. I will never use CLEANSTER’s again! I still want my refund.

They don’t pay cleaners
I did 2 cleaning jobs in January and it’s been almost 4 months and I’m still yet to get my payment, they keep saying it’s in transits and th billing team is working on it. In app they promised something like 2 weeks but it’s been 16 weeks and still yet no payment. Funny enough they keep sending more cleaning jobs my way despite not paying me for the clean I did in January like… bruh
