If I could give them a negative stars I would I wouldn’t recommend anyone using this platform for a side hustle nor would I recommend anyone using them for a cleaning service every time I went to someone’s house they were complaining about the way. The platform works in the fact that customer service is not helpful at all
. They are sending people out on canceled jobs and given out wrong times for people to show up. I worked for them and I’ve done an amazing job just for them to not pay me my money in months.

App is a scam
Booked a cleaner, did not come, rescheduled, did not show up again. When asking for a refund, the chat never answers.
Refund
No cleaner available. I scheduled my day at noon so that I could run my errands and CLEANSTER’s kept saying the cleaners had cancelled so it was approximately 3 pm and couldn’t have it done. I requested refund but no answer or call back. I will never use CLEANSTER’s again! I still want my refund.
