Phenomenal service
I started using Rinse when I was caregiving for my FIL and Father and could not keep up with the laundry. Having a rinse subscription has been a lifesaver these past two years. It is not inexpensive but it is worth every penny. The service and the product has been unparalleled.

While we were in manhattan for two weeks I used Rinse. I signed up for the monthly service which eliminates all delivery fees.
I used flex wash and fold . I loved this service and wished that Salt Lake had it. I would use it!
Customer service is amazing! Delivery and pick up went smoothly. And my clothes made it back cleaned and folded. I saved in packing for this trip and this was much more cost effective and personalized than using a hotel laundry service. I will use it every time!

Great service and the people are nice.
They will lose your best clothes
I’ve been using this service for a little over a year now, and I cannot tell you how many times they’ve lost a favorite article of clothing, a sock, my best fitting bra, underwear I hadn’t even been able to wear yet. And my underwear doesn’t even come back clean either, which tells me they overload their washers. I tip the delivery drivers too, yet most of them refuse to come to my door, forcing me to walk to the street to pick up my clothes. So not worth the hassle.
