Surprisingly good and consistent
We have been using Rinse for about 15 months and I am very pleased so far. The service is very reliable and I truly appreciate that my clothes don’t smell weird. I can fit a lot of stuff in our monthly bag and it always comes back dry and folded. The folding is my favorite part. I kind of don’t “mind” doing laundry at home. But before I used Rinse, the dry clothes would get left in the basket and I never find time to fold and put them away. But I am saving lots of time and headache and stress by just sending them to Rinse every month. I live in a big apartment complex and they always find the correct apartment. And they communicate very well about pick up and drop off. If you use Rinse, I highly recommend adding a tip for the delivery. It is worth it.

Best solution for apartment life
I recently moved to a new city and ended up with an apartment without a washer and dryer. While onsite laundry was available it was a pain and often very busy. I found Rinse online and tried them out hoping for the best. I was blown away but the service. They pick up your clothes, launder them as desired, fold them and even separate them in bags which makes putting them away a breeze. The new subscription model is by far the best option. I usually do two services a month. I recently added my bedding and will definitely continue with that every other service. If you are like me and don’t have time for one more chore, try them. You will be so happy you did.
