I love this company
I’ve been a Rinse customer for three years now, and they’ve been consistently reliable and responsive! I recently left two keys in a skirt I’d sent out to be cleaned, and their help team responded almost immediately. By the time I had contacted them they’d actually already found the keys and place them safely in the side pocket of my delivery. That, along with so many other positive experiences really says a lot about how attentive and trustworthy they are. I genuinely can’t recommend Rinse enough!!!

Outstanding Customer Service
I am a long time Rinse customer. My experience has been very positive with both the laundry and dry cleaning services. All the valets who have picked up or delivered my clothes have been both professional and courteous. Any concerns I might have regarding the services I receive have been addressed promptly and rectified immediately by Rinse staff. I appreciate the flexibility in scheduling pickups and deliveries, as well as the notification by text of my valet’s name and expected arrival. I plan to continue my Rinse subscription, as it gives me more personal time to do other things. It also makes things easier when all I have to do is put away my clean and folded laundry or hang up my dry cleaning items. Thank you, Rinse!

Sent half my laundry back uncleaned
They said it was “contaminated” yet specified nothing about what the problem was or what needed to be changed for it to be eligible for laundering. They don’t even provide their cleaning policies, their website is a joke
