Your service does NOT follow instructions.
Nothing but attitude from both pickup and delivery drivers. Button down shirts were supposed to be hung on hangers. If you cannot get it right, either make it right or don’t offer a service at all.
Poor Service
You guys have no sense of proper ironing of clothes. My child can do a better job than you guys. And never using your service again. Actually I want my money back. Will go and complain to my credit card to block the payment.
Unhappy New Customer
Very disappointed in the service. For the cost, I certainly had higher expectations. I either had to refold items or had to toss them in my dryer to get the wrinkles out they were folded so badly. I received things back inside out. Shorts were folded with a half cuff which put big wrinkles in them. A simple shake of each garment would have worked wonders before folding. Won’t be using the service again. I wish I could submit photos with my review.

Didn’t follow laundry instructions
I asked that the clothes are laundered and bagged as they were: not mixing the laundry for the various household team members. They did not do that. First time using them and this is a huge disappointment for this family size.
Terrible Customer Policies and Terms of Service
This company doesn’t read tag or notes for how to handle you’re laundry nor do they retain responsibility when destroying or damaging your items. An item off mine was completely destroyed due to them not following instructions and they refused to refund me the item they destroyed and also stated they only refund 60% never the full amount paid. Do not use this service use an actual dry clean service with options, they only machine wash items.
