It’s ok about 3/4 of the time
A year of this and we’re done. Wrong clothes delivered. No clothes delivered. Partial orders. Roughly one failure a month, and we used it weekly. That’s a 25% failure rate. Great batting average. Terrible laundry service. Every one of those meant contacting support, which is time I already paid not to spend. Not recommending it.

In my life at 45 using a laundry service and I have to say I completely love this, and to hit the jackpot with this company for the first time! WOW very polite, clear communication except for cancellations! I think that could be better than
Just an email, maybe a confirmation tab in the App to say you understand or confirm for the cancellation other than that small detail I completely love this and look forward using them in the future!
