Unsatisfied With With Clothes Washed and Delivery
Was not happy because the clothes were clean but didn’t have fresh scent coming from them to let you know it was clean it was like they came out someone’s closet and the driver text he was five minutes away from me and it took him 50 minutes to get here and on top of that I was waiting but he hadn’t come I was waiting. Now you think he would use common sense but he didn’t. It had been raining and he put the clothes down on the pavement in a puddle of water when there were lawn chairs sitting against the house clearly not using the brain god gave him.

1st Pick up + Drop off
This was a very seamless process. I was notified step by step and the drivers followed directions. My laundry was picked up by 2pm and delivered before 10am on a Saturday the next day perfectly folded. I will definitely be using this service regularly. It was also priced well.

It’s ok about 3/4 of the time
A year of this and we’re done. Wrong clothes delivered. No clothes delivered. Partial orders. Roughly one failure a month, and we used it weekly. That’s a 25% failure rate. Great batting average. Terrible laundry service. Every one of those meant contacting support, which is time I already paid not to spend. Not recommending it.
