App seems fine, and the service is convenient, but hope you enjoy an app that begs for notification access and then spams you to use the service. Only way to realistically use is to only install when you have a current order.

I have used Poplin Laundry in two states on heavy loads and they are always just so good. I doubt I will use another service.
Changed my life
I love poplin! It literally has changed the game, especially living in an apartment with no washer and dryer on site. After a long week and feeling burnt out from work, poplin is there to ease the number of tasks I need to complete.
Poplin saves time and money
Wow, never would I have thought such convenience and care could be had for such a reasonable cost! I live in an apartment with no wash/dryer, and used to spend hours a week at the laundromat. Thanks to Poplin, I now have those hours back to do as I please. The laundry pros which I have had assigned have all been pleasant. I consistently receive good communication, professionalism, and my clothes are always cared for, as if they were the laundry pro’s own. Poplin is far more affordable than my local laundromat wash-and-fold services as well. Accounting for the time, commute, and machine costs, I believe for some people it can even be cheaper than doing your own laundry at the laundromat. For me, it is a negligible difference in cost, and yet the difference it makes in my daily life is monumental. Thank you Poplin and your lovely laundry pros! #PoplinChangedMyLife Review by Colin Hendricks 😊

My first experience with Poplin
This past weekend was my first time using poplin. As someone who works 60+ hours a week, I was in dire need of help with my laundry. I finally gave in to my own defeat and asked my friend about this service. I can’t even call it a defeat because it was the greatest thing I did. Such a “simple” task can be so time consuming but not with Poplin. Jennifer messaged me about something she noticed on my order and I was shocked, I didn’t know I would even get to talk to a real person. She was so great. My clothes were so clean, nicely folded and organized. I told my friends and family right away. A big weight was lifted off my shoulders with the help of Jennifer at Poplin. Thank you!
