Frustrated
Used this app successfully a few times and then things started to feel sneaky. Unexpected charges and then somehow unable to accept my order when I have a valid discount code. Spent 30 minutes following a chat bot’s unhelpful instructions and then when transferred to a live agent my issue was still frustratingly unresolved. Extremely disappointed since the first 2 jobs went so well.

Wanted to like it
I wanted to try this out, but after cancelling FOUR different weekday pickups, I had to move on w my life. They said this “rarely happens”….sureeee.
They stole stuff from me!!!!
I used to love Poplin, but recently an employee named BESHANDA stole my brand new bag of tide pods (18 pack) brand new unopened and softener claiming she used all of it for 2 small loads of laundry. $30 worth of stuff stolen from me and they tried to give me $20 worth of credit. Why in the world would I go and do another order for a business that just and they have a promise that they’ll refund you is a lie.

Insane Fees
I live alone so I always just have one bag of laundry that’s around 11-14lbs when I get it done by a laundry pro on this app. This time around, when I was checking out, my price quote was $55 when it’s usually $30. I couldn’t figure out why, so I assumed it was a glitch or a mistake, and assured myself that once they weigh the bag they will simply just charge the $30 minimum. Nope! Apparently surge prices are a thing which I was unaware of. Paying an extra $23 just because of the area I live in is unacceptable. Never using this app again

SCAM
Tried this service for the first time and my clothes were picked up later than expected and not returned the following day when they were supposed to be. Tried contacting the help line and got the run around with no refund and clothes not returned.
