Incredible app and incredible service. I had ordered a dress online covered in sharpie stains, but the dress was sold out online so I couldnโt request another. I took it to the tide cleaners and they took all the stains out completely. They also completed it very fast like 2 days. The ability to pay on the app was so efficient. Love them.

No Help Feature
This service works when the app works. When the app glitches you could lose your order and your clothes. And hey glitches happen but thereโs no real support team to help me.
I have to call the cleaner directly and they donโt know the back end of the app so we canโt work together
* I think itโs very important apps have support teams for when things go wrong. Because this app doesnโt and Iโm out some clothes, I will probably never use this service again.

No customer support
There is zero way to contact anyone when there are issues. My latest order, that was supposed to be delivered within 3 days, is still MIA after 10 days. This is not the first time Iโve experienced significant delays. When I call the listed phone number, it just says unavailable. This is just shady and sub-quality work. Plus half the lockers are out service (with no way to report). Any chance I could get my underwear back? Or I am just out $60+ for the privilege?
