No Help Feature
This service works when the app works. When the app glitches you could lose your order and your clothes. And hey glitches happen but there’s no real support team to help me.
I have to call the cleaner directly and they don’t know the back end of the app so we can’t work together
* I think it’s very important apps have support teams for when things go wrong. Because this app doesn’t and I’m out some clothes, I will probably never use this service again.

No customer support
There is zero way to contact anyone when there are issues. My latest order, that was supposed to be delivered within 3 days, is still MIA after 10 days. This is not the first time I’ve experienced significant delays. When I call the listed phone number, it just says unavailable. This is just shady and sub-quality work. Plus half the lockers are out service (with no way to report). Any chance I could get my underwear back? Or I am just out $60+ for the privilege?

App info is unreliable
I signed up for pickup/delivery service 2 weeks ago. The app identified a Tide store in a neighboring city as being within my service area. I received a pickup confirmation text for two separate pickup attempts, but nobody ever showed up. After the 2nd missed pickups, I called the store. The manager said he’s “never heard of me before” and that he ignores all first time pickup requests because they end usually end up being a waste of time, with people not leaving their clothes out for pickup. The app is not set up for this type of business practice. If the stores don’t want to use this app (which is obviously true) then I don’t know what the point of it is, other than to completely waste my time.

First time using this cleaners and it was such a quick and easy process. Also the staff was extremely friendly. I will definitely be using them again.
First Time Customer.
Love it! My first experience was amazing. When I entered the drive-thru, I was greeted by a staff member who answered all of my questions. She helped me to get signed up, and my item logged into the system. Then I was on my way. In the app I was able to see when my jacket was ready for pickup. Overall I received outstanding customer service, and my item looks and smells great.

Coupon system
They make the coupons a whole rigamarole. You can add to your wallet in the app but have to explicitly ask for the coupons to be added like we’re bargain hunters. Dude, I’m paying 100 a week on dry cleaning. You can just give me a 5 dollar break automatically instead of making it this anxiety inducing problem. Should I also get the newspaper again to clip out coupons for groceries?

First timer
I have to say that it was my first time using Tide Cleaners. The store experience was great. The store staff was friendly and told me to download the app. I left a suit and 4 shirts and by 1 PM the next day I got a notification that my clothes are ready for pick up. I work late so I couldn’t make it by closing but the store staff told me about the kiosk on the side where I could pick up 24 hrs. Prices very reasonable I mean definitely a good experience all around.

Well, the petite black haired lady who served me today, 5 PM June 8 location. Barton Boulevard was most unfriendly/unhelpful which is very different from the last owners. Do any coupons work for shirts Washed and pressed last people used to give one free with 4… Thank you
Terrible App Terrible Service
I brought a jacket home today from Tide cleaners with black stains on the front. I downloaded this worthless app to see how this can be fixed and get stuck on white screen when I click on the location. Never use these people.
Love the Tide
Cleaned so nicely and bringing it home was so refreshing. It was worth the money because the blankets smelt awesome and it took the extra work off me.
No Place Order Button
Would not let me place an order. Was fully logged in with created app at location. Completely wasted my time.
Convoluted System
I didn’t get any points for a $1000 order. They said I needed to present the app at the time of drop off, even though that has never been the case before. I just give my phone number and they bring up my account. Bad customer service.
Stuck in “we’ve picked up your order”
Sent in my shirts a week ago and status keeps on changing to It’ll arrive today. No way to contact the store because they don’t pick up your phone call. Am I about to lose $300 worth of shirts?

No app support
I love my Tide Dry Cleaners but this app is trash. It won’t allow me to login and says I have an account. But my phone number is not associated with my email so I go into a loop and never can login or create an account. Fine. Try the Help menu to get support and there is none. Very disappointing.
