Avoid in Dallas
Hampr is a wonderful idea, and great at finding people for your first couple of orders to get you hooked on the year long membership. after you sign up? Crickets. They will not help you find a Washr and tell you they “have Washrs in the area, but they’re unavailable” every time you request a pick up. They had to source out of state for my last wash, and still refuse to acknowledge there is no availability in my area as to avoid a refund.
Sadly, this also isn’t a one time issue. I’ve now had this issue three separate times, with a wait period of 4 days before suddenly a support member is able to find someone. I live in a major city, this shouldn’t be an issue.

Don’t Waste Your Time
Tried using them two days in a row. Had the same “washer” cancel on me at the last minute both days. Hampr reached out at least and let me know, but come on. Poplin seems to be a little more reliable so I’ll stay with them going forward.
Company made of excuses
I tried using this service for the first time and it couldn’t even get picked up. Then gets cancelled automatically after the entire day has passed. I tried to reach out to their support team and was given excuses that has nothing to do with a customer. Simply do not offer services when you cannot upkeep an SLA. Use other services and run from this one.

Can not complete application
I have tried multiple times to submit my application. When I hit the submit button it doesn’t do anything.
Left me waiting for a pickup
My Oder was continuously delayed. I just subscribed for their premium membership and still got put last. I live in Dallas tx. Not sure why my laundry is being left outside in the sun while no one picks it up.
