Abu Dhabi - it’s fine if you want crinkled messy clothes delivered. Customer service not much better - you won’t get a refund, and the customer service reps are condescending. Furhernore, the pricing isn’t clear - you don’t see full price until they have your clothes and take payment directly. Price was triple what I usually pay. Avoid avoid avoid. Seems a good concept, but reality doesn’t match the expectations.

The service was good. You forgot to return my Laundry heap bag. Now I have nothing to put my dirty clothes in
