Service quality

Amazing and fast service!

cleaning service

Everything went smoothly. Clothes was folded nicely

No Show But Charged😡

I signed up excited to have someone pick up my clothes. The driver never showed and I was charged a fee anyway.

Great service

Great service. Really fast. Laundry all lovely.

Perfect

A service 1/3 the price of hotel dry cleaning, fast and efficient.

Scam

The driver doesn’t call you or
Leave the laundry at your door. Simply reschedule the delivery and charge you 5 pounds for it. Scandalous!

Ran out of laundry options and Laundryheap saved the day !

Everyone knows how difficult laundry can be when you’re abroad on vacation with kids! Yesterday, I drove around to 4–5 different laundromats, and they were all charging an unrealistic price per piece of laundry. Who wants to pay separately for every sock, shirt, and pair of underwear?

So I looked online and found Laundryheap. They charge by weight, which I personally prefer and think is much fairer. The whole process was incredibly easy. I logged into the app, scheduled a pickup, and they delivered our clothes back earlier than expected—washed, dried, and neatly folded.

Even better, they picked up and dropped everything off right at the hotel reception. When you’re traveling with kids, that kind of convenience is a lifesaver! Definitely recommend giving them a try.

Total rip off

Should they charge you 4X more than it costs to do this elsewhere

Shirt still created and stained

Would not recommend. Sent a duvet cover for dry cleaning with 3 shirts for wash and ironed. Came back looking exactly the same way I sent it. Would not use again.

Use it and you will regret it

Always delay (chose6-9pm , and collect at 10 tmr !)never on time and the driver will yell on u thru phone even they pick up wrong address. And they almost lost my cloth once !

Poor quality cleaning and very poor customer care

Using the app in Manchester .. the app seems to be dealing with very cheap, low quality facilities.

I received my last drycleaning order back with a missing T-shirt, a newly stained T-Shirt, an uncleaned T-Shirt and an uncleaned Jumper. When complained, complains all go to emails that you have to wait around 48 hours for each reply. Been asked three or four times to send my stained garment back for treatment, and had to wait but no body showed up for collection every time and then they apologise by email the next day due to high demand until they make you give up. For the uncleaned jumper, i got 4 pounds back in credit which is less than what it costs to clean it on the app. For the missed T-shirt. I was told the facility was closed for 2-3 weeks and they can’t ask until it is open again, even after that date, no reply.

Also, I always get all of the clothes on hangers tightly packed under a plastic bag, and the garments are always a bit damp and creased because of over packing. I once sent clothes for ironing get them back heavily creased, and got the money back after a complaint.

I have asked for my next orders not to be sent to the same poor quality facility but they replied that they have communicated my concerns to the facility to take care next time.

So overall, they are good, but very poor quality and very poor resolution of mistakes.

Stay away

I had several items ruined while in their care and they’ll take no accountability.
Just know the risk you’re taking if you use this service. Your items may come back stained and damaged but they will do noting about it. They’ll give you any and every excuse about why they can’t be liable.

Driver

Was fantastic!

Ruined shirt

Unfortunately, after being a loyal customer for a while, Laundryheap completely ruined a brand new shirt of mine. When reaching out to their customer support team, they were completely unhelpful and told me I’m ineligible for any help. There are lots of laundry / dry cleaning delivery services nowadays. I recommend taking your business elsewhere

Poor service, rip off prices!

As first time customers we were unaware of the practice of this company. They charged us a £115 quid and did a bad job . Regardless of mixing up my order ( their
fault) they didn’t come back without checking and ripping me off . Their website says 6 kg clean, hold
And dry . This turns into £115 individual items each with a hanger! Don’t bother 3 Laundryheap = a washing machine.

Perfect for travellers

I am currently travelling Europe with my family of Five and desperately needed a laundry service. Laundryheap was easy to book. They were on time and the service has been fantastic. The clothes were very clean. Very happy with their service. Will book again and refer fellow travellers.

The worst

The absolute worst laundry/dry-cleaning service I have ever used. Laundryheap seems to find ways to slip in extra fees and charges whenever you’re not looking. Even worse, I have specifically selected and paid for dry cleaning, only to have items washed instead and ruined—while still being charged the dry-cleaning price.

They have lost several of my items, and on multiple occasions I’ve received clothing that belongs to someone else, which makes you wonder where your own clothes have ended up. The app is glitchy, billing is unreliable, and getting meaningful customer service when something goes wrong is nearly impossible.

After multiple problems, lost and damaged clothing, incorrect orders and questionable charges, I would strongly recommend avoiding Laundryheap.

I paid 1200 pound and most of the cloth still dirty and has stain and 2 was damaged

Very bad condition

Will Definitely Use Again

My clothes, sheets, towels and wash clothes were washed perfectly. My clothes were nice and soft and folded neatly.

Disappointing Customer Service And Billing Dispute

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Laundryheap has been extremely frustrating.

I repeatedly asked the company to stop attempting to charge my card while I disputed an outstanding balance. Instead of addressing my concerns, I continued to receive payment attempts and responses that simply repeated their position without resolving the issue.

As a customer, I expected a genuine review of my dispute and better communication. Instead, the process has felt like an endless cycle of back-and-forth with no meaningful resolution.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. I hope Laundryheap improves the way it handles billing disputes and customer concerns so future customers don’t have to go through the same experience.
