Lost clothes and Horrible customer service
I used the service for a few months during the pandemic, in that time they failed to return multiple items of my clothing including a few pieces of my work uniform, and routinely gave me other people’s clothes in my return bags.
When I contacted customer support to notify them, I was told that the issue was being looked into and I would be kept updated. It’s been two weeks since I was told they would update me. I would highly highly recommend using a different service. Laundry butler oc was very frustrating and unpleasant to work with.
