Unsatisfied With With Clothes Washed and Delivery
Was not happy because the clothes were clean but didn’t have fresh scent coming from them to let you know it was clean it was like they came out someone’s closet and the driver text he was five minutes away from me and it took him 50 minutes to get here and on top of that I was waiting but he hadn’t come I was waiting. Now you think he would use common sense but he didn’t. It had been raining and he put the clothes down on the pavement in a puddle of water when there were lawn chairs sitting against the house clearly not using the brain god gave him.

1st Pick up + Drop off
This was a very seamless process. I was notified step by step and the drivers followed directions. My laundry was picked up by 2pm and delivered before 10am on a Saturday the next day perfectly folded. I will definitely be using this service regularly. It was also priced well.

It’s ok about 3/4 of the time
A year of this and we’re done. Wrong clothes delivered. No clothes delivered. Partial orders. Roughly one failure a month, and we used it weekly. That’s a 25% failure rate. Great batting average. Terrible laundry service. Every one of those meant contacting support, which is time I already paid not to spend. Not recommending it.

Just an email, maybe a confirmation tab in the App to say you understand or confirm for the cancellation other than that small detail I completely love this and look forward using them in the future!

The folding was bad
I’ve sent my laundry to you several times, but today I really didn’t like the way the clothes were folded. I don’t know if the staff changed or if they were just really tired, but the bottom line is I wasn’t happy with it. I want to cancel my service and try somewhere else. I’m leaving this review—not because I didn’t like the service before, but because I didn’t like it this time.

New cleaner not as good
It seems as though you've switched to a different cleaners in my area and it's not as good. It's such a bummer. The clothes feel stiff and are folded in a way the arrive so wrinkled.
They're wrapped in cling wrap which is annoying to unwrap. I miss the old way! Please

Detergent issue
Our clothes and our infants clothes came back reeking of potent detergent despite request for Seventh Generation and no scent detergent. I had to rewash everything.

Lies
Never received the fabric laundry bag I was supposed to get and have been charged bag closure fees on bags that were closed. That’s only since using the plastic bags the company provided.
My first wash I included a fur sweater I purchased second hand as I wasn’t confident in my ability to wash it myself. It got fur on all the clothes it’s was packed with. A month later, I’m still picking off fur from my other clothes.
