It’s ok about 3/4 of the time
A year of this and we’re done. Wrong clothes delivered. No clothes delivered. Partial orders. Roughly one failure a month, and we used it weekly. That’s a 25% failure rate. Great batting average. Terrible laundry service. Every one of those meant contacting support, which is time I already paid not to spend. Not recommending it.

Just an email, maybe a confirmation tab in the App to say you understand or confirm for the cancellation other than that small detail I completely love this and look forward using them in the future!

The folding was bad
I’ve sent my laundry to you several times, but today I really didn’t like the way the clothes were folded. I don’t know if the staff changed or if they were just really tired, but the bottom line is I wasn’t happy with it. I want to cancel my service and try somewhere else. I’m leaving this review—not because I didn’t like the service before, but because I didn’t like it this time.

New cleaner not as good
It seems as though you've switched to a different cleaners in my area and it's not as good. It's such a bummer. The clothes feel stiff and are folded in a way the arrive so wrinkled.
They're wrapped in cling wrap which is annoying to unwrap. I miss the old way! Please

Detergent issue
Our clothes and our infants clothes came back reeking of potent detergent despite request for Seventh Generation and no scent detergent. I had to rewash everything.

Never received the fabric laundry bag I was supposed to get and have been charged bag closure fees on bags that were closed. That’s only since using the plastic bags the company provided.
My first wash I included a fur sweater I purchased second hand as I wasn’t confident in my ability to wash it myself. It got fur on all the clothes it’s was packed with. A month later, I’m still picking off fur from my other clothes.

I’m disgusted
I sent a comforter to be washed and when I got it back it actually smelled disgusting. I won’t be using Happy Nest in the future.
Best way to wash bed comforters
This is at least the third time I have sent multiple dog hair covered comforters to Happy Nest. The options of laundry preference - soap type, Downey, or not.. my comforters and shams come back amazingly clean (did I mention dog hair) fresh smelling and in the case of comforters, folded and packaged wonderfully. Thank you Happy Nest. Door pickup and return, could not be more convenient. The website is very user friendly. For scheduling and for preference.
