I REPEAT DO NOT USE, THEY LOST ALL MY CLOTHES
Would never in a million years use again, it’s a scam and there customer service is the biggest joke of all time.
Lost several of my favorite clothing items
FlyCleaners is truly awful. Do not use them! The first time I tried to book with them, they did not show up. The second time, they showed up and then rang the doorbell at least 10 times in the 30 seconds it took for me to come down the stairs. Then, worst of all, they lost a bunch of my clothing, including an extremely sentimental and irreplaceable flannel, as well as a cardigan that I’ve loved and worn for years.
I cannot tell you the amount of sadness and stress I’ve dealt with since using them ONE time. Please, if you value your clothing and your sanity, do not use this company’s “service”.

They lost items of clothing, the ‘laundry’ smelled like someone sprayed a bottle of fabreeze and folded everything and put it back in the bag, they charged a different amount to my credit card rather than the amount in the App account, they don’t answer emails or calls. Don’t use!!! Google them and see more horror stories!

Lost my shirts
Tried dry cleaning with this app and they lost 2 of my dress shirts and the phone number on their app is not connected. Also their chat doesn’t work so there’s no way to find my clothes and they double charged my card. Unhappy experience :c
Great if you never want to see your laundry again
This used to be a really great and reliable app. They definitely wash my clothes better than I do myself and that’s the reason I still keep trying to use them hoping each time for a little more reliability. However in the past year I’m lucky if I get my laundry back two weeks later. Sometimes you cannot schedule the delivery at all and have to keep trying. Customer service is non-exsistent. There is no number to call and no one ever responds to emails. There’s also a chat option in the app but it doesn’t work either. Lately I’ve had better luck scheduling the deliveries and just wind up waiting during the scheduled time with no deliveries happening. This is my fourth time this week - completely ridiculous (tried twice week before). Literally had to get new towels, linens, socks etc.
