Would never in a million years use again, it’s a scam and there customer service is the biggest joke of all time.
Lost several of my favorite clothing items
FlyCleaners is truly awful. Do not use them! The first time I tried to book with them, they did not show up. The second time, they showed up and then rang the doorbell at least 10 times in the 30 seconds it took for me to come down the stairs. Then, worst of all, they lost a bunch of my clothing, including an extremely sentimental and irreplaceable flannel, as well as a cardigan that I’ve loved and worn for years.
I cannot tell you the amount of sadness and stress I’ve dealt with since using them ONE time. Please, if you value your clothing and your sanity, do not use this company’s “service”.

They lost items of clothing, the ‘laundry’ smelled like someone sprayed a bottle of fabreeze and folded everything and put it back in the bag, they charged a different amount to my credit card rather than the amount in the App account, they don’t answer emails or calls. Don’t use!!! Google them and see more horror stories!

Lost my shirts
Tried dry cleaning with this app and they lost 2 of my dress shirts and the phone number on their app is not connected. Also their chat doesn’t work so there’s no way to find my clothes and they double charged my card. Unhappy experience :c
Great if you never want to see your laundry again
This used to be a really great and reliable app. They definitely wash my clothes better than I do myself and that’s the reason I still keep trying to use them hoping each time for a little more reliability. However in the past year I’m lucky if I get my laundry back two weeks later. Sometimes you cannot schedule the delivery at all and have to keep trying. Customer service is non-exsistent. There is no number to call and no one ever responds to emails. There’s also a chat option in the app but it doesn’t work either. Lately I’ve had better luck scheduling the deliveries and just wind up waiting during the scheduled time with no deliveries happening. This is my fourth time this week - completely ridiculous (tried twice week before). Literally had to get new towels, linens, socks etc.

I would give it zero stars if possible. They do not actually pick up within the window, and there is absolutely no customer support. Will not be even attempting to use again.

Do NOT use this app. I booked laundry through Fly Cleaners— and not only did they completely ignore my order, but also refused to communicate with me.
I had a pickup scheduled from 2-5pm. I stayed home from 2-5 to deliver the clothes and nobody showed up. I tried calling 5 times to check in and sent two emails. Nobody came. I waited till 10pm. Nobody called me back. Nobody answered my emails. It still says I have a confirmed pick up for YESTERDAY 2-5. I needed this and was relying on it and am deeply upset and disappointed.

Not worth it
Was never great but used to be cheap at least. Now it’s far and above the cost of other services in the area. I really can’t name a single reason it would ever be worth it to use this company anymore.

This service needs to be shut down ASAP and removed from the app store. They are scammers. They stole my item and money. No one answers the phone or chat or email. You cannot get ahold of them. I scheduled when I wanted my item to be returned FOUR TIMES and it was never returned. No one has answered. This is a full time scam.

Impossible to reach support
The app says that my laundry was delivered but I never received it. I have been trying to reach the phone number on the app for 3 days and no answers. I emailed as well with no response. If I don’t get someone to call me in the next 24 hours I am going to sue them for theft.

Just freshly downloaded. Trying to schedule a pickup and clicking the suggested time gives me an “error from routing” modal. :) not a very helpful suggestion. Searching for a different time does the same.
Doesnt even work
The app doesn't even tell me if services are available in my area... what a waste.
Horrible service
Used them once and it went well. Then on 4 separate occasions I tried to schedule and they’d tell me that they’re coming late after the scheduled window, then my entire order would just disappear after awhile? So I’d be waiting a few hours for no reason and they’d delete my entire order as if I wasn’t waiting. Horrible service. Noticed they upped the price by lbs by quite a bit as well. Aside from that, I’ve read reviews that people’s UNDERWEAR has gone missing and their luxury clothing. Don’t download or trust this app.

Do not use.
This app is absolutely a scam. If you have any kind of schedule do not and I repeat do not use them. They have no communication. You get a text that your window is starting, which is a 2 hour window. In reality this means wait all day until you call for a delivery driver to actually pick up your laundry. Then when it’s finally picked up you have to wait 2+ days to get it back. Again another text with a two hour window. Here I am 4 hours later I can’t get a hold of anyone so I wasted a day of sitting around waiting for something that did not even happen.
I highly recommend Washclub if you live in nyc. They actually pick up on time and deliver when they say and if you ever need to get in touch with them they are available. I used to use this app all the time and then it went down hill and is not worth it at all. I thought I’d give them one more chance and here I am no laundry to even be seen.
Please take my recommendation and use washclub. They’re fast, reliable, and you’ll actually have the laundry back in the time they state it to be finished. Wild right!?

So far so good
Super great service. Very personal delivery, the delivery man asked me about my preference and informed me that he will likely be delivering to me 9/10 times so he’ll remember. I think the price per pound could possibly be a little lower but so far the service has been outstanding!
No one even picked up my laundry?! Twice!
First time user in Brooklyn. Tried scheduling a pickup (twice!) and no one came for pickup! Wow, I wonder how you mess up the core objective of the app, hah!

It’s a nightmare
This is the worst service ever!
I sent two bags of clothes to them. They supposed to send back on Monday, but I kept receiving emails from them that delivery will be delayed. I rescheduled several times for the following days. Finally, they sent bag two bath towels on Friday. I called the number on app. The woman answered my call lied to me say the delivery guy left one bag at store. It would be delivered on Saturday. So I rescheduled a delivery Saturday morning. One hour passed the delivery window Saturday morning, I got an email say they won’t be able to deliver my cloth today. I called few times to figure out what happened. One lady said she found my laundry bag. She guaranteed me that they will deliver my bag to me by EOD and the window time is 4-7. Then I got another email say they won’t be able to deliver my bag. I called them. Now they admit they couldn’t find my laundry bag. When I asked to talk to the manager, the girl answered my call said “I can’t give you her private number.”
They know it’s a difficult time for people to do laundry and no one can go to their store to complain. So they fully take advantage of that to rip off customers. No customer service number, no place you can complain.
If you want lose all your clothes and get no refund, use FlyCleaners.

No customer service - lost my stuff
Do not use this app. They picked up my order, cancelled it, now I have no record of my things & cannot get a hold of any customer service. About as bad as this service could get really.
