Best solution for apartment life
I recently moved to a new city and ended up with an apartment without a washer and dryer. While onsite laundry was available it was a pain and often very busy. I found Rinse online and tried them out hoping for the best. I was blown away but the service. They pick up your clothes, launder them as desired, fold them and even separate them in bags which makes putting them away a breeze. The new subscription model is by far the best option. I usually do two services a month. I recently added my bedding and will definitely continue with that every other service. If you are like me and don’t have time for one more chore, try them. You will be so happy you did.

Great feeling
I’m a 74 yr old widow and just loved my experience with rinse. Actually, my daughter arranged and paid for my service if 3 bags full of wash, fold service. It was such a relief and good feeling to get my laundry back all fresh, folded, and clean all stacked neatly , all done ….thank you…..

I started using rinse because I had surgery and am unable to do household chores. Little did I know this experience would be mind blowing. The most efficient, helpful service ever. Pickup is seamless always giving updates. Delivery equally seamless. The bags for wash and fold are sized for xtra large or regular loads. Clothing, towels, sheets come back beautifully folded and spotless. Offers instructions on detergent etc. The app is wonderful and the subscription gives you express delivery and no fee pickup and drop off. Customer service really cares. I’m continuing w Rinse even after I can medically resume activities. It’s given me hours of my life back. PS The people that pick up and drop off are amazing.

Phenomenal service
I started using Rinse when I was caregiving for my FIL and Father and could not keep up with the laundry. Having a rinse subscription has been a lifesaver these past two years. It is not inexpensive but it is worth every penny. The service and the product has been unparalleled.

While we were in manhattan for two weeks I used Rinse. I signed up for the monthly service which eliminates all delivery fees.
I used flex wash and fold . I loved this service and wished that Salt Lake had it. I would use it!

They will lose your best clothes
I’ve been using this service for a little over a year now, and I cannot tell you how many times they’ve lost a favorite article of clothing, a sock, my best fitting bra, underwear I hadn’t even been able to wear yet. And my underwear doesn’t even come back clean either, which tells me they overload their washers. I tip the delivery drivers too, yet most of them refuse to come to my door, forcing me to walk to the street to pick up my clothes. So not worth the hassle.
