Surprisingly good and consistent
We have been using Rinse for about 15 months and I am very pleased so far. The service is very reliable and I truly appreciate that my clothes don’t smell weird. I can fit a lot of stuff in our monthly bag and it always comes back dry and folded. The folding is my favorite part. I kind of don’t “mind” doing laundry at home. But before I used Rinse, the dry clothes would get left in the basket and I never find time to fold and put them away. But I am saving lots of time and headache and stress by just sending them to Rinse every month. I live in a big apartment complex and they always find the correct apartment. And they communicate very well about pick up and drop off. If you use Rinse, I highly recommend adding a tip for the delivery. It is worth it.

Best solution for apartment life
I recently moved to a new city and ended up with an apartment without a washer and dryer. While onsite laundry was available it was a pain and often very busy. I found Rinse online and tried them out hoping for the best. I was blown away but the service. They pick up your clothes, launder them as desired, fold them and even separate them in bags which makes putting them away a breeze. The new subscription model is by far the best option. I usually do two services a month. I recently added my bedding and will definitely continue with that every other service. If you are like me and don’t have time for one more chore, try them. You will be so happy you did.

I’ve been a Rinse customer for three years now, and they’ve been consistently reliable and responsive! I recently left two keys in a skirt I’d sent out to be cleaned, and their help team responded almost immediately. By the time I had contacted them they’d actually already found the keys and place them safely in the side pocket of my delivery. That, along with so many other positive experiences really says a lot about how attentive and trustworthy they are. I genuinely can’t recommend Rinse enough!!!

I am a long time Rinse customer. My experience has been very positive with both the laundry and dry cleaning services. All the valets who have picked up or delivered my clothes have been both professional and courteous. Any concerns I might have regarding the services I receive have been addressed promptly and rectified immediately by Rinse staff. I appreciate the flexibility in scheduling pickups and deliveries, as well as the notification by text of my valet’s name and expected arrival. I plan to continue my Rinse subscription, as it gives me more personal time to do other things. It also makes things easier when all I have to do is put away my clean and folded laundry or hang up my dry cleaning items. Thank you, Rinse!

Sent half my laundry back uncleaned
They said it was “contaminated” yet specified nothing about what the problem was or what needed to be changed for it to be eligible for laundering. They don’t even provide their cleaning policies, their website is a joke
First Time Trying
I recently moved into a detached studio with no in unit laundry. I need to wash weekly medical scrubs so figuring when to drop off for wash & folds so I get them back in time for the next work week or dedicating a whole part of my weekend for public laundry or logistically preventing mold and mildew if I were to get my own portable units were all options that did not fit my preferences or lifestyle. Having a pickup and delivery laundry service that offers next day ticks all the boxes I need. It’s my first time renting and my first time using this sort of service so I don’t have a reference point which is why I gave 4 stars. For all the firsts, Rinse was a great find and service. I will continue as of now. Thank you!

Do not trust. Not reliable.
I was waiting at the door. 10 minutes ahead of time. Bored and waiting. With absolutely no message or warning the app says I was not there for pick up. Do not use if you “need” laundry, only if you “hope” to do it
