Daily Motivation: Do you sometimes feel down ? Just tap the heart on home screen, to get a daily motivational high.
Weekly Goal: Set yourself a goal for the next 7 days. Choose wisely, you can only update the goal every 7 days.
You can tap on any emotion to explore a more detailed description and learn how it affects you. Emotions also provides a color-coded background for each emotion to help you quickly identify them.
