Order failed
I’ve loaded up my cart with orders multiple times and every time I put in payment and try to submit it says order failed. This app is worthless.
Defective app
Everything seemed to work well until I tried to check out. First, I tried to check out as a guest. I entered my credit card information and the app crashed. Then I set up an account and when I entered my card information the app crashed. I walked to the Harrison shop, placed an order and paid with the same card the app crashed on

Terrible app
The amount of times I’ve tried to place a order on the app and I’m unable to because it crashes or I get a failed order pop up it’s ridiculous
Waste of Time
This app is utterly pointless. You can never complete your order. It just crashes every time when you try to pay.
Why bother?
App barely works, sends you to a shady third party for online payment/pickup, and the order wasn’t even received by the store so I had to haggle to get my food that had been paid for.
Worst app ever made
Can’t upload anything. This app is completely useless just like their phone lines. The owner should be ashamed of himself for letting this app be this bad. And letting his phone system be even worse
Only have 5% success rate of submitting an order
Not the best user interface but can get to check out with much effort. At that point I only have 5% chance of order going through. Usually at that point get a network error message. Frequently give up and go to a different bagel store
Can’t verify
I can’t verify my account. Have tried multiple times and I never receive a verification code.
Way too glitchy
The app freezes everytime I go to place an order. Id order in person, but not a fan of the service either. Good food, but it would be wise to make ordering easier online and in store.
Absolutely useless
Most restaurants in the area use a website to place orders and not an app with a user interface from 2010. This app is incredibly clunky and kept crashing after painstakingly attempting to place an order multiple times. Thank you for the waste of time. I figured I would place an order online since employees seem to prioritize making online orders when I go to one of the locations but making an online order seems to be impossible.

Awful app
Used it a few times to order food. After the second time, it just goes to a blank screen when i click pay with credit card. Literally completely useless other than to look at the menu. Hire me and i'd make a better app.
Why is this app still so awful after bad reviews over a year ago?
This app is fine until you have to check out. As soon as you try to enter the date for your order at the end it crashes every single time. I saw this was on the reviews from a year or more ago. How has this gone unaddressed for that long. Also how is this the only way to order online? Either fix the app or allow for online ordering through your website because this is so bad it’s embarrassing.

Never works for me
Adding things to the cart is fine, but every time I go to checkout and enter my credit card info (have tried multiple cards) it fails.
Can’t use it
Both my wife and I attempted to make accounts but it stated our phone numbers are “invalid” and there is no order as a guest option so I guess this app just can’t be used.
Fictional and easy.
Have been using this for the last few weeks. Love all the images and customizations I can see the full menu. !
App Unusable For Day-Of Ordering
When attempting to check out, if you enter the current day’s date the app crashes, every single time. I’ve cleared my cart, restarted my device, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, etc. Nothing remedies the issue. App gets 2 stars because the app is comprehensible and easily navigated, and in theory you could use it to put in orders a day or more ahead of time, but I’d say that’s not applicable to most people.
