Baaaaadly app!

The app is very bad, heavy, and slow. What’s worse is that the verification code gets sent to my number, I enter it exactly as it is, and it still gets rejected! It says the code doesn’t match. I’ve tried registering four times with no success. Terrible experience

The app doesn’t even load. It’s just stuck on the loading screen. Even worse than their barely functioning website.

Phone number limit

Genuinely annoying cause what do you mean it has to be 9 numbers only? Since when? Dont make it a limit please how else can I use this app? There are other people having this problem too. Like im one number short and the application tells me it has to be ONLY 9.. pretty stupid an app shouldn’t be this complicated. It always is when it’s in Iraq

Hello, Please note that the registration and bookings can only be made for Saudi Arabia users, that is why you are facing a problem to register in Iraq. So far for Iraq the only way to book is to call the branch directly Contact the Cinema, Call us on: 07502100100/07502200200
