Hello. Verification is unable to take place because print is too large! Screen freezes. Happened dozens of times. Deleted the app!
PLEASE FIX YOUR APP
I read some of the comments/ reviews left here, but because I wanted to have better access to Empire and manage my account without having to call all the time, I decided to download it and give it a shot. RIGHT OFF THE BAT, I run into an issue. After opening my account on the app, which included creating a user/ pw, adding answers to security questions and my cell #, I get to the part where it says ‘REGISTER’, and immediately it says ‘Sorry, having an issue adding your info. Try back later’. I tried back 6 TIMES, I still can’t register. I want to give this app a shot but whoever is responsible for updating and maintaining this app, they should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY. With all the people screwed out of work with the Scamdemic, I am quite sure you can find very good people who would LOVE to get back to work and happily tend to this app and do the job CORRECTLY. This is unacceptable and embarrassing.

Stupid app should be removed from the App Store
I just became Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield member. I read the old reviews from years before that members aren’t able to log into their account so I say to myself it’s been years Empire has resolved the situation that I should be able to login. But to my surprise these idiots who created this stupid app have not fixed the issue. Members can’t access their account using this garbage. Why is this app even in the App Store? Unbelievable!

Doesn’t recognize your member ID
Sooo, pretty useless. Why do they continue to advertise this app on the site when it seems I’m not alone here in not being able to log in.

The app doesn’t recognize my credentials and it can’t find me in their system. Garbage.

No point downloading this app
If you call after hours it instructs you to download and use the app or call back the next day. But if you download the app it LITERALLY does not allow you to log in. There is no point in downloading this app.

My credentials are right, the app doesn’t log in. Odd. Okay this app is a page that allows you to enter in a username and password, after that you can try again or lock yourself out for 24-hours. Such innovation, such class. Developers really sucked in a fart on this “bad boy”

Ever since I downloaded this app I only been able to use it once in a few months can anyone tell me where can I complain about this it’s crazy.. Why download something that don’t work people fix it..
What’s the point of this app?
I’ve been trying to access this app for months now. And it never works. What’s the point of it if I’m never going to be able to log in to view my plan? Don’t download, waste of time.
Error every time I try to log in
The app doesn’t even allow me to log in. Terrible. The website has the same problem. I swear they do this on purpose.
