On 2 accounts, for no reason, the developers disbanded the entire army that was in desertion. This is a total of almost 900 m of force. There are no answers to questions in the support chat, they just end the conversation every time. I invest a lot of money in the game, what kind of disrespect is this? Where are the people on your team who will do their job well? One of the only answers that I received was about using the bug, but this is not the problem - I did not use any bugs... Can someone answer my questions and fix your development team's mistake? If not, then I will be forced to turn to the International Court of Human Rights and ask for compensation for investment and moral damage. Worst customer service in all gaming. If you have an issue it can take weeks to get a response and its usually - send a screenshot. Most of the time too late to do any good. I have spent thousands on this game. I want a refund

Do not play this game. The Chinese company responsible for this game allow theft to occur and refuse to respond to complaints. Many accounts become stolen due to hacks and game bugs the developers and the company refuses to fix or address. They say they cannot fix the problems or they flat out refuse to help. Spend your money or time elsewhere. A formal complaint has been sent to the US state department to look into this company.

Messed up Events
I played on server 203 and they started the “first week event” like 5 days after the server which includes the upgrade nobility event. I reached rank of knight already and they refused to give me the rewards for reaching that rank. Not to mention all of the other events not receiving progress for.
This game might need some work to do
I like this game but 1 why everything level 10 like especially wild land I want to conquer more land not just 10 more then 10 like 200 hundred or more maybe idk 2 the world map make it bigger add at least 10 more provinces 3 add more levels to the world map 4 that is what I want in the next update if you can 5 please read this please ok

People are cheating in game
Hi developers the game is fun to play but you don’t even consider the player’s problems or even provide a solution to it.
We have been reporting about some people using bugs on the latest server but you guys don’t care about it.
It bothers us a lot that they cheat and they even don’t face any bans or suspension for it not even their troops are being deleted.
We have submitted the problem with proof but you don’t care at all.
Will be reporting this to the apple and google play store as well and ask for refund for everything me and my friends have purchased
