Bad development for managers
We have been using EH for almost 3 years now, any set up, change or even the update of an employee salary, creates issues, the HR and Payroll softwares do not talk to each other easily and when she do the updates on the HR platform, we will have a rate, annual leave group, position, or setting for one of our staff meme era changed back to a previous one no recognising the changes we are making.
Now with the rostering option in HR, it is not different, I created the sites and roles and drafted a roster, but did not activate the clock in/out function and the system automatically removed the rosters we had published through Payroll, and removed the clock in bottom from the app for our staff.
Things are more complicated than explained and the support takes ages to respond or resolve issues

Missing basic features and interface gets worse with every update.
The employee screen use to be easy to navigate, with a tabular menu along the side that made it easy to see what you were looking for. Now the page is divided into sections requiring you to scroll up, down, left or right to find menus scattered throughout the page, most of which have options hidden in further drop down arrows, it's incredibly frustrating to navigate and was a huge step backwards as a user interface.
We would love to be able to use certifications more as an employer, but the system doesn't even let you do something as simple as exporting a master list of all the certifications you have set up, and it's been like that for years. Unfortunately we live in a world where we need to be able to print things on a A4 page for committee meetings and reporting purposes, and that's still missing from employment hero.
