Won’t sync
Since the latest IO update my hybrid watch will no longer sync with the app.
Is this app going to be updated?
I have been waiting for like forever for the app to be updated for iOS 26. My watch is useless without it. I changed the battery and since then, the time has not been correct because I need app to set it. This is ridiculous

Missing date
Nice new app, however going from the old app to the new one my watch no longer shows the date, it just defaults to step %. Looked everywhere and even tried resetting… help website is very lacking support.

They’ve fixed the app
They’ve recently had a huge update to the app and it’s far more user friendly and intuitive now. The app used to be outdated, wouldn’t sync due to iOS incompatibility and essentially rendered the watch useless. It’s nice to see they’ve gone away and clearly put some work into the app

日付が見れない
時計上で日付が表示できるとの説明があったが、設定できなかった。 追記 ⭐︎3→4 修正してもらえたのか、偶然なのか日付が表示できるようになった。
