EMT is used on capital projects all over the world from private to public sector, large and small. EMT Forms is an app designed to facilitate in digitising paper checksheets & forms. The app has inbuilt workflows to allow multiple users to complete checksheets and can work both online & offline. It includes many features including text, drop down, media, signature, date/time, numeric, location fields. The digital form can then be mapped back to any existing templates. Users can configure custom forms on our Web browser before being able to use the forms on the go through our app. EMT forms can capture any asset related information including documents, photos, videos and signatures ex: inspections, comments, surveys, Snag lists.
