Save Files Not Opening
I have a few hours of Mario and Luigi: Bowser’s Inside Story on the app. My progress had multiple auto saves on the app. When I booted the app yesterday and tried to load my latest autosave, it said “failed to load” I tried all my other auto saves and it was the same.
I tried loading an autosave for another DS game I had downloaded and it worked fine there with no issues.
Please could you help me fix this as I do not want to lose several hours of progress and start over.
I tried reaching out on your customer support page but I was unable to submit a message. I’m tempted to get a refund for my subscription.

Game Freezes
Inevitably playing a game on here it will glitch and freeze in app, and then all progress you made playing the game is moot thanks to it freezing. Fun until it’s not anymore.
Scam
Cancelled my subscription. They still tried charging me $7 afterwards lol. I am not paying that.
Edit: they tried telling me to cancel my already cancelled subscription after they tried getting $60 more lol. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Love the app.
Recommend all my friends to download it but I cannot get my save games to load. I have to keep restarting :( hopefully it gets fixed soon but everything runs great and it’s worth the money.

I’ve just subscribed but I don’t see any games. My game just disappeared
Wasted money for nothing
In order to try and upload a rom to see if it even works, I was forced to pay 3.99. I usually use a different emulator but for some reason, about 15% of my games crash on my go-to emulator. So I downloaded this so I can play those games as well, was forced to pay 3.99 just to try and even run the Roms that were crashing on my main emulator with the result being ‘rom corrupted’ and the app shutting down. Obviously I tried numerous roms, and roms that work well on my main emulator. Same result ‘rom corrupted’. Went to contact support for a refund and I couldn’t even successfully click the ‘send message’ button.
In the end, I was forced to pay a weekly subscription fee to attempt to run a sega rom before knowing if it even worked. It didn’t and now I’m out 3.99 for no real reason. Please be fair and refund me

Great app but one big issue gets in the way
I’ve been playing through the Pokemon games from DS, and I’ve noticed with pearl, platinum and heart gold (that’s all I’ve played so far) that you can only play up until the elite four. Once the credits have run, there is no way of continuing. This is a really frustrating experience due to this. It feels like the game is cut short and you’re left with no option but to move onto another game after an abrupt end. It doesn’t seem to be an issue with Pokemon fire red, I think it may be the DS games only. But this is a big issue

I got a new phone and all my data is lost!!! I tried to reach out but the support page don’t even work
Rom is Corrupted
The trial worked great for the zelda games i played, after the week ended, every single game except for those 2 either crashes my phone or says ROM is corrupted. Something is off about the code in this app as well.

Re downloaded can’t use
I re downloaded on my new phone and can’t use it. I can’t look for games and nothing.

Love the app just wish there was a section where it kept the games you have downloaded and not have to find it in all the other games
Cannot Play Any Games
Cannot even load a single GBA game without paying $5 per month. Can’t even test the app before we pay for it.

Downloaded this game for the old Zelda games and I was so exited to play it, that I got the yearly subscription without even thinking about it and turns out there is no games at all. My boyfriend has tried to even share the games with me since it gives you a “option” to, but apparently you can’t. So 20 dollars down the drain, I want my money back.

Some games won’t load
I keep trying to get certain games like Yoshi Storg for example to load but it never does. I’ve stared at the black screen for 20 mins and it never loaded. It’s so sad as I pay money for this subscription and can’t play all games
