Non functional on iOS
The app is non functional if you are outside India.
Waste
Unable to open the app. Keeps throwing pop up that app needs to be updated.
App only works for India numbers, so NRI’s cannot use this as they have different country code.

The App company product management is so shortsighted, that they don’t even mention that this app works with India numbers only.

Update
Even though there is no available update for the app, it is keep of pushing the pop up message “ This version of eMudhra App is out of date. Please update the app in App Store”.
This began since the last OS update - I install the available app updates, and then the App Store app on my phone shows a list of more available updates, but it's showing versions previous to the latest installed versions.

NRIs are not Indians?
When can Indians out of India can feel inclusive with any Indian Government app?
The video proof submission gives a generic message “something went wrong”. The error message can be more specific.
App built to be used by 1+ billion Indian Citizens, no instruction on how to take the video and what documents to keep them ready.
If Indian Citizens can have a Aadhar and PAN why not have an non-Indian phone number associated and be used?
