Video recording feature not working
Video recording feature doesnt work. It is neither proceeding not showing any error. Tried reinstalling and starting afresh but no luck. iPhone 17 pro with iOS 26.6
App is not working
The entire app is just not working. I came here after the Emudhra customer app but this is just not working. It shows plain white screens whenever I click on something.

Always the app says server is not working. Not sure if this app is being maintained.

Just pathetic service as they disable feature without any alternative option. How are we suppose to use this app ? Just when I had to sign a document I see this new surprise ..

Unable to move the signature box. No help document or video. It is useless.

Log in OTP doesn’t come in time even after trying option “ resend OTP multiple times.
Non functional on iOS
The app is non functional if you are outside India.
Customer service not helpful
They only want to sell and contact for renewal , once done they don’t even send vouchers which is in offer.

Unable to open the app. Keeps throwing pop up that app needs to be updated.

App only works for India numbers, so NRI’s cannot use this as they have different country code.
App only works for India numbers, so NRI’s cannot use this as they have different country code. This app prefixes +91 India country code to tel number which you cannot change. The App company product management is so shortsighted, that they don’t even mention that this app works with India numbers only.

Update
Even though there is no available update for the app, it is keep of pushing the pop up message “ This version of eMudhra App is out of date. Please update the app in App Store”.
This began since the last OS update - I install the available app updates, and then the App Store app on my phone shows a list of more available updates, but it's showing versions previous to the latest installed versions.
