App is not great
Should be able to easily log meals and find/sign up for classes. Not the case, and disappointing given how expensive the program is. Love Enara otherwise
Great service app is improving
I have participated in the Ina program twice and it’s fabulous. The app is improving overtime, but is buggy in some ways. However, it’s an indispensable element of program success and I look forward to continued investment in making it better.

Simple and easy to use
Cumbersome
Just started this program and so far the app is cumbersome. There’s no good way to see what appts you have scheduled. None of the info from my initial appt to obtain my measurements has been linked to my profile. The initial questionnaire has no way to modify answers or go back to answers that have been accidentally skipped. If you hit the back button you start all over.

Freezes a lot
The app froze when I went to do my first online appointment and I couldn’t access another plane to request help. Had to delete the app to start over.
no app support
app support link goes to website home page. no way to give big feedback especially when features aren’t working. the report feature is lacking in a lot of functionality. often times just shows the loading wheel and doesn’t display info
Crashes everywhere
App crashes constantly. Happens on Android as well as my iPad Pro. Stay away!
